Back to School! -I don't wanna wake up early.- Format:
Single/Double/Group (Each person must fulfill the word requirement, and one person can only submit one entry.)
Reward:
+4 EXP, or $800
Scenario:
It’s that time of year again, your character is heading back to school in a modern day setting. The type of school and age of your character is completely up to you. Your goal? Survive a single day of school.
Requirements:
- 800 words minimum
- If you're going to be participating in a group, try to keep it to four people at max. Remember each person must hit the 800 word count by the end of the thread so keep track.
- Be creative! You can have any kind of scenario for your school setting. It doesn't have to be exactly 2014, so if you want to make this 1970's cliche or even go all the way back to 1890. As long as you're in some sort of school.
- If you decide to roleplay with another player, you may RP it out in a separate thread, but then link it to this thread later on in order to receive your reward at the end of the month.
- Please, keep it site appropriate.

We're still working on an NPC system for characters. So as for now, any NPCs you want will either be statless or RPed by GM if they're historic characters.

“First of all, we would like to thank all of you for showing up today!”
A man with his hair swept back spoke. He seemed official looking with his long brown coat. But he wasn’t the leader here. I stepped forward; arms crossed and light shining on the crescent moon helmet that I wore. I looked down at all of them frowning. Quickly I smirked.
“Got a good bunch here! Here’s the plan boys! We’re going to march North of here, through the lands of Mutsu. We’re going to unite all of the lands.”
I stepped off the raised platform that I had been standing on. I walked straight past all of them towards my horse and mounted it. Horses had been provided for everyone that had joined us today. Of course, these horses were decked out with top of the line Date mounting gear. Instead of reigns, we had handle bars for better control. Some even had prototype exhausts mounted on them.
“WELL. LET’S GET TO THE PARTY!”
I crossed my arms in front of my chest after I mounted my horse as it roared and raised its front legs before charging forward. I raced off north as my men cheered behind me and followed.

Info all looks good.
The only issues are the stats and weapon. First off you need to have a minimum of 5 stat points in each category so you can't have 0 spr.
Secondly did a staff member make your starter weapon and if so which one?

He can go ahead and edit it when he gets back then and someone will recheck his bio. It's not staff's responsibility to edit a player's character sheet for approval for them.

Date will be claiming massive amounts of territory after Okehazama. I wanted to create a sign sheet for people to register. Now I don't want to exclude anyone from the fun, but make it reasonable why your character would be teaming up with the Date. If they're a mercenary, cool you're getting paid. On the other hand if you're part of say Takeda, chances are you're probably not gonna be teaming up with the Date seeing as Date and Takeda relations are non-existent. As long as your character has met a member of the Date and they're either friends or something, I don't mind you joining. For example, Hidenori of Uesugi knows Noel and the two are friends and thus Hidenori has a way into the thread.

Here's the gauntlets you can have. You can't start off with a weapon that has a god's name in it. If you want to make a custom weapon later on that are called Izanami's Gauntlets that's fine. But here's the starter one. BUT, if you take the gauntlets you can't have a Katar. Gauntlets are two handed weapons and Katars are one handed. So to have Gauntlets you would have to give up the Katar.
Gauntlets: Two-hand. Although a little rusted, these things pack a punch, adding a bit of extra WAPOW! to your every strike! +2 Str +1 Dex
Second off, the cape your character has isn't a stat-based item, so it doesn't go in the inventory slots. You also put it in a weapon slot. For future reference, the cape would go into Miscellaneous.
Also we're in the 16th century. America refers to the continent of South America at this point in time. People in North America and more specifically the United States, still referred to themselves as British, Spanish, French, and wherever else they came from originally.
Personally, I'm also skeptical on the whole experimentation thing. Science wasn't even advanced enough to save a person's arm if it got infected at this point in time. The "cure" for getting shot in the arm or the leg was to saw it off. Was his experimentation more scientific or mystical?

Since I was an infant? Bitch I aint even born yet.
My eye focused on Mori and I allowed a little bit of electricity to surge from my right hand into my sword as I smirked. His passive aggressive tone... Was really starting to piss me off. I was about to tell that Sun-Fetished Freak to step off when the wise words of Kojuro came in my head though it sounded like it came from the very castle itself.
"Lord Masamune! Are you strike forward to advance? Or are you striking out of anger?"
I looked around, wondering if the others heard the voice as well. I sighed, quelling my anger and stepped forward in front of the others in front of the door the pretty-boy pointed to. I slashed the door on the right, attempting to break it off of it's hinges and force my way into the right wing.

By voting for the forum you can earn extra items for your character! The voting link is located in the right sidebar underneath the staff images. Right click and open it in a new tab to be taken to the voting site, otherwise it'll just open in your current tab. From there, click the green "Enter and Vote" button. And then you're done! It's as simple as that.

I looked between the three other men discerning them to be Uesugi Kenshin, Mori Motonori, and some other guy from their clothing and weapons. I smirked as I stepped up slightly.
"Yeah... looks like one hell of a /party/."
I unsheathed a single katana as I looked between them all and pulled myself into my stance. I shifted my right leg back and bent it at the knee slightly, leading with my left. My left arm formed a ninety degree angle holding the sword closer to the bottom of the hilt while my right arm was held behind my left with my hand holding the sword closer to the cross guard.
"/You ready boys/?"

As they continued to watch and search, the two would notice a boat coming from upstream. The boat carried more soldiers and lumberers. The boat would soon drop anchor and the soldiers and lumberers would disembark. As they disembarked, some soldiers and lumberers who had previously been working put down their tools. They would continue onto the ship. The ship then pulled anchor and turned itself around before heading back upstream. It appeared as if they were done their shift, and were heading back home.

Hake's attacks were a great success! Him and his team fought back the bandits taking out about half of them. Furthermore it seems his actions finally drew out the bandit leader.
"YOU FOOLS GOING TO LET ONE BLOODY WENCH AND HER RAGTAG TEAM OF VILLAGERS PUSH YOU BACK?!"
The bandit leader, drew a double sided axe and slammed it into one of the villagers from the melee team's skull. He then quickly spun around with the flat side of his axe, slamming it into the two soldiers and the other villagers, pushing them all back with a gust of wind.

The group would find themselves at a lumber yard with a river adjacent to it. The area immediately behind the lumber yard would be completely clear and devoid of trees. It seemed the workers, had begun lumbering further up and continued down this way. Much further down Pesuto no Kaze would be able to see small saplings starting to regrow, growing in size the further back they want. Guarding the yard would be a group of 10 soldiers, with roughly 20 workers inside the yard. The workers would be chopping up lumber and loading it aboard boats on the river.

Chi no Kaze would be able to pick up the far away sound of axes striking lumber a few miles away. Meanwhile, Sense no Inu would able to smell about a dozen different scents, coming from different men from the same direction as the axes.
