Personality:Nozomi believes in truth and loyalty. He doesn't like the idea of pain, because it makes people sad. He doesn't believe in bringing harm to many people unless they bring extreme evil or chaos. He loves peaceful people, sparring, and having fun. He would rather go hang out and spar than fight to the death. He will jump in to protect or support his friends in the middle of battle. Also, he loves cute things, but doesn't like horrendous ideas or objects. Although he loves friendship, he can by quite shy when people are around. He is rather shy when he is in a group, unless he has to protect his friends, then he gets all of his strength and courage. On the other hand, while he is alone, he prefers to not fight at all and will try to avoid a fight unless something irritates him, such as getting taunted, or his friends being made fun of. Finally, due to his childhood, if he sees too much blood, he might become insane and will need his friends to calm him down.

History: At the age of three, Nozomi was trained at being an assassin by his family. He was believed to be a prodigy and so did others around him. However, at the age of seven, after being forced to kill many people for four years of his life, all of his parents were killed. From that point, he was kidnapped by an unknown faction and beaten for and used for battles for an entire three years. At the age of ten, he was rescued by travelers. When they found him, his nerve endings were damaged, he felt no pain, and his only fear was of having to go through so much blood again. They experimented on him so much that his eyes eventually changed to a never before seen color, orange. His body was injected with many different things during the torture, ending up making his bones and skin resilient to toxins and blunt weapons, yet, not strong enough to prevent a sharp weapon from piercing through him. (He is basically like an enhanced Xiaolin Monk due to the ongoing torture). The torture left a mental scar, causing him to sometimes relive the pain and start going insane.
After he was rescued, the powerful travelers trained him as an all around person. They forged him special items so he could fight without having to worry about his body to much. At thirteen, he was sent on numerous missions, saving people, destroying people, and so forth. At thirteen, he traveled around, helping people and giving them warm smiles. However, he ended up seeing a battlefield while he was traveling and went insane. After fighting so many random people, he made up his own fighting style, consisting of multiple counters instead of straight out attacks.
At fourteen, he ended up becoming insane after seeing all of the battles. He went around incapacitating numerous people, but not killing them, until one day, someone from the Oda faction saved them and became his friend. He traveled with that friend, except, one day he ended up dying. His friend's last wish was to help stop the war and protect his friends of the Oda Faction.
Finally, at fifteen, Nozomi ended up joining the Oda Faction and that is where he is now.

Here's the gauntlets you can have. You can't start off with a weapon that has a god's name in it. If you want to make a custom weapon later on that are called Izanami's Gauntlets that's fine. But here's the starter one. BUT, if you take the gauntlets you can't have a Katar. Gauntlets are two handed weapons and Katars are one handed. So to have Gauntlets you would have to give up the Katar.

Gauntlets: Two-hand. Although a little rusted, these things pack a punch, adding a bit of extra WAPOW! to your every strike! +2 Str +1 Dex

Second off, the cape your character has isn't a stat-based item, so it doesn't go in the inventory slots. You also put it in a weapon slot. For future reference, the cape would go into Miscellaneous.

Also we're in the 16th century. America refers to the continent of South America at this point in time. People in North America and more specifically the United States, still referred to themselves as British, Spanish, French, and wherever else they came from originally.

Personally, I'm also skeptical on the whole experimentation thing. Science wasn't even advanced enough to save a person's arm if it got infected at this point in time. The "cure" for getting shot in the arm or the leg was to saw it off. Was his experimentation more scientific or mystical?

Date, this person is my cousin in real life he wants me to tell you just to edit it for him and make it where his character is japanese then, and he was actually healed and embeded with mystical healing magic since magic was used somewhat back then instead of experiments. He would edit it himself but he has to go to a family reunion with his mom and dad today and wont be on til tomorrow. He said you can take away his katar then if you can and he will keep the gauntlets.
