Dammit... I jumped off of my horse attempting to catch the soldier that was thrown at me. I caught him but the force of the throw tossed me to the ground. I threw one hand down, letting go of the soldier to catch myself with my hand. As my hand, touched the ground, I pushed off with it, swinging my legs into a backflip. As my hand touched the ground before I flipped, Haji's doppleganger landed in front of me, blocking the Uesugi soldier from attacking me. I sheathed my sword and dashed past Haji's doppleganger, going towards the right of it, hopefully using it to block myself from the view of the Uesugi soldier. If I successfully, pulled in I would attack. Souryuusen! I pulled my Demonic Lightning Blade out of my sheathe swiftly, and attempted to slash across the Uesugi soldier's side with my lightning covered blade, careful not to shoot out a blast of lightning.

"Mikhael!"
Hidenori would jump into action, confused by the entity made of light, one that seemed all too familiar... Regardless, as Masahiro attempted his attack, Hidenori would swing his zanbato downwards at Masahiro, planning on both halting his attack as well as taking him out swiftly.

Mikhael's eyes were quickly directed to the man of light charging at him, and he utilized the power of his boots to act. As the being of light came close, Mikhael would see its attacks coming. He would step to its side as it struck, sending a hammer-fist down on its back, and it'd feel like it got hit twice.
"Lord Hidenori, are you sure we've picked the correct side?!"

"Wait Hidenori!"
I tried to follow after him, but I was surrounded. I spun around in a circle with my massive sword, killing all those around me. It was then that I saw who Hidenori was running at... The tip of my sword hit the ground... Masahiro..? I dropped my sword and started running at them in hopes to stop the two of them.
"HIDENORI! MASAHIRO! STOP!"

Post by Katsurayama Haruyuki on Mar 29, 2014 5:57:35 GMT -7
Haruyuki managed to stay hidden, but the only way to stay as such was to leave the battlefield and go around the enemy lines to go to the main camp of Lord Yoshimoto to inform them about the attack on the armory. But it would take him a lot of time, and when he would reach Lord Yoshimoto's camp, it might be too late for the armory. But it is better to be late than not inform him at all.
Haruyuki would search out for a path hidden by trees, bushes, or tall grass along the way out of the battlefield, and in again towards the main camp. He would try his best to avoid any Oda soldier that would be around the battlefield, and move stealthily and hidden by obstacles towards the main camp.

A bulk of the fleeing troops would be taken out by Shou and Iemasa, and the combined efforts of all who fought on the front lines. Imagawa forces would begin to fall left and right, and it was as though there was no challenge whatsoever! Any who met resistance would find it easy to pass, effectively slaying all who tried to fight back in few moments.
Constantine would find some armor in the armory, but it was all incredibly bulky! Wearing it would sure protect him from any harm that came his way, but man would it be tiring to wear!
Nanami's cannon firing at Mikhael would work, just, not as she planned! The cannon slammed into the side of Haji's doppelganger, sending both to the ground! This caused Masahiro's tactic to fail, and Mikhael's fists crashed into his face! Hidenori's blade would, in effect, miss its original target, but end up raining down upon one of Masahiro's arms, rendering it completely useless!
Any enemies who attempted to take back the armory would find heavy resistance from Katsumi's arrows, and would all fall quickly! Because of this, all who were transporting equipment back to the Oda main camp could do so easily!
Katsurayama would find Shou getting dangerously close to him! If Shou or Iemasa paid close attention, they would see the retreating Date officer!
All that was left, at this point, were the two Date officers and the two Uesugi officers! The armory had been claimed by Katsuie and his helpers!

Oda Forces: 0 Losses

As the Imagawa forces were wiped out, Iemasa's eyes scanned the field of battle. He wanted to make sure there were no stragglers, because all it took was one man to run to Yoshimoto and everyone was screwed. And, one man he would find, hiding in the bushes(Haruyuki)! With a grin, Iemasa would take aim at the soldier, aiming for his chest. Two rounds would be fired off to take him out quickly.

Post by Constantine Lawrence on Apr 1, 2014 5:18:30 GMT -7
Constantine tried to wear the armor in the armory, but it seemed that the armor was very bulky and heavy that he might have a problem moving about when he wore the armor. But little were the times that he charged forward towards the enemy, so if he could move his arms, it would be alright for Constantine even if he was just almost stationary. He wore what he saw was the toughest armor in the armory, except for his arms in which he selected the lightest armor there. He then packed up everything that he could get from the armory that he could carry, and, pack by pack, he carried them towards the Oda camp.

~* Nanami realized that she had completely missed, striking Mr. Good Guy's Good Guy Doppleganger, causing his entire attack to go off course. There was just an entire mess of things happening there.
~* The pirate princess decided to just... casually escort Constantine back to the Oda camp as he brought the equipment back, making sure that they would run into no trouble along the way.

Shou would continue his circuit, as it seemed the men of the Imagawa fell. However suddenly two shot of a rifle would head in his direction. Shou would look up to the source of them and see Iemasa. The man was a ally in this battle, if that was the case. Then. Shou turned and would see at who he fired. However Shou wouldn't wait to see if the shot had connected, and would bring up a arm. A small dart would fire out of his left bracer at the man. It was lace with a poison that slowed the system. Shou would like to see the man try to get away with that in his system.

With all but four soldiers remaining of the Imagawa force, racing towards the armory, Yukimura didn't want to hurt Hidenori... but he knew he might not have a choice in the matter. If he could avoid killing Hidenori, he would, but for now, he would try and incapacitate Hidenori by swinging the blunt end of his spear at his head, to knock him out. From there, he'd try to keep Hidenori pinned to the ground, effectively preventing the man from getting back up and attacking.

- Hideyasu would sheathe his blade after the defeat of all of the soldiers. Taking a look around, his eyes widened as he saw his brother Hidenori... it had been fifteen years, but it was obviously him. And he was about to get attacked by one of the soldiers from Hideyasu's side! Quickly, he would run up and grab Yukimura's arm, preventing him from attacking Hidenori, holding him back.
"Don't."
- Hideyasu did not know Yukimura, but the assassin looked a lot like Haji. Realizing both of his brothers had taken part in this battle was a very strange twist of fate, as he didn't even know they were alive until not long ago. He wasn't going to risk this man killing Hidenori.

"No! Masahiro!"
I quickly leapt off of the chariot, running towards him as he was attacked. Firing off some of my light to push his assailants back, I would grab Masahiro and pull him away before he could sustain anymore damage, pointing my blade at the remaining Imagawa forces as I did so, making sure they wouldn't attack him.

Post by Shinomori Katsumi on Apr 3, 2014 1:37:25 GMT -7
The enemies retreated from the armory. Good. Now their troops were able to transfer the weapons back to their camp. Katsumi nodded in slight satisfaction, but the relief didn't last long.
Upon hearing Haji make an exclamation next to her, Katsumi turned towards him and blinked. "Haji-kun?"
Next thing she knew, her lover jumped off of the chariot and she blinked again. Wait. What just happened? Pulling on the reigns to stop the demon steeds, she looked over at him.
She shouted, "Haji-kun!" When he ran towards someone she vaguely recognized, her brows furrowed and she bit the inside of her cheek. "Tch. Damn it, Haji...!"
The girl glanced back towards the armory and then to Haji, going back and forth. If the enemies were defeated and the armory was in the clean, with an exasperated sigh the archer would sprint after Haji (if not, disregard the rest of this and she would continue defending with a mixture of her wind and arrows.) Upon closing the distance, Katsumi discovered Haji's brothers were there as well.
Well, this was a weird family reunion, or at least that is what Kat assumed. Most family's were like hers where violence was rampant, right?
Having a soft spot for the Uesugi, Katsumi aimed at Mikhael and shot at his sword arm, if able to take the shot, manipulating it with the wind. She didn't want to kill him, but Katsumi also couldn't allow Haji or those on her side to get hurt. If they would simply stand down, it'd make things significantly easier.
"I'm sorry," she would say after firing, words genuine. Katsumi really didn't want to do this. But the situation was complicated. Very complicated.

Post by Miyamoto Kenji on Apr 3, 2014 23:42:38 GMT -7
With the acquisition of the armory complete and liberation of the arms underway, Kenji took his leave of the building, allowing the Oda soldiers and others to handle the transport. Instead, he surveyed the immediate area for remaining enemies, only finding a few individuals that were being targeted by others from his side. One man, however, appeared to be free and unharassed, not to mention unarmed: a foreigner (Noel) whom he'd sighted amongst the Uesugi ranks at the battle's onset. He looked to be more than the average soldier, meaning a viable threat.
...Well, not much seemed to threaten a fair chunk of his apparently-empowered allies.
Still, the battle had yet to finish, and until then, Kenji would fight. Strafing around to find a good angle, he'd dart in from the rear with the intent to slash into him with Yawarakai-Te and his masterwork katana from two sides and tear him asunder.

Seeing the Oda forces advance upon the remaining forces, Hidenori looked around in a panic. Spotting an arrow flying towards Mikhail, the Uesugi soldier jumped in front of his companion, taking the arrow in his shoulder and grunting in pain as he did so. Stabbing his zanbato into the ground to keep himself from falling from the force, Hidenori grit his teeth. Looking towards Kenji, the tall man shouted towards him. "STOP!" He hoped that the man would stop his assault. As the adopted son of Kenshin, Hidenori felt it was his duty to save as many lives as he could, even those of the Date.
Bowing before the troops assaulting him, Hidenori grunted in pain as he clasped his hands in front of him, looking to the floor.
"I, Morei Hidenori, retainer to the Uesugi, hereby surrender to the Oda forces!" He shouted out at them, making sure that Mikhail and Noel would not do anything. "We merely came here for peace talks! We are not amongst the Imagawa soldiers! Please, I ask that you spare the lives of those remaining! We will not stand in your way!"
He looked up at those who stood before him. "We will wield our swords in your name, if we must!" Anything it took to save their lives. Mikhail made have been his subordinate, but Hidenori saw him as an equal, and Noel as something of a friend. He would not let them die.

Mikhael quickly picked up the bodies of two Imagawa soldiers, in defense of his own life and his Lord's. Before he could do anything, however, Hidenori took an arrow, meant for Mikhael, which surprised the Russian greatly. "My Lord!" He cursed, turning to Yukimura. If the man continued his attack, he'd have an Imagawa body thrown at him. Same with Kenji, should the man continue his assault on the foreigner from the Date forces.

I ran to Hidenori's side. Pulling my whip sword from my hip, I stabbed it into the ground before me. After doing so, I put both of my hands into the air. I had to follow Hidenori's lead on this one. Otherwise... the three of us were as good as dead.
"I am Etincelle Noel, Envoy, Diplomat, and Drifter of the Date Army. I was sent here to check out Imagawa's strength and deliver a warning from the One Eyed Dragon. Seeing as our mark has already been eliminated, the Date army has no further reason to be here. We don't want to fight with you guys! Like Hidenori said... If we have to wield our swords for your cause for you to believe us, we will help you strike down the Imagawa expecting nothing in return but our lives."

When Haruyuki looked behind him, he saw a person nearing his position dangerously, and he saw that he had spotted him. This was the final straw. He stood up, revealing his position, and then he saw another person aiming at him, and the person nearest to him also readied his weapon. Knowing that they meant to dispatch him, he would draw his katanas, but not to slice down the two of them, but to shield himself from their attacks, his swords guarding the vertical center of his body. After they had attacked him, he would just drop his swords, opting to surrender.
"I am Katsurayama Haruyuki, a warrior and diplomat of the Date. I just came here on the behest of Lord Masamune to spy out the extent of the Imagawa troops, and as the Imagawa troops were already been exterminated, there is no further reason that the Date should fight here with them. If you would let me, I, with the other diplomats of the Date, would gladly assist you in taking out the Imagawa."

With the armory taken, the Oda forces had done what was required of them. Just as the final scuffle with the Uesugi and Date forces came to be, Katsuie would intervene, fearing the judgement of these mercenaries and other aligned men would not fit that of his lord. Two large halberds would be tossed from his hands, landing in the ground on either side of the group, and Katsuie would ride up to them and stop his men if they had not stopped themselves. "Stop! We take what help we can. If you are capable of handling a sword, fight with the Oda. Know that today, the Imagawa fall, and there is no point in allying yourselves with men who no longer draw breath!"
In a few moments, the storm would dissipate, and this was the signal for the main force to strike on the camp. It was time for this small army of 2500 men to face the remaining 14000 Imagawa soldiers.
