"Looks like this would be a nice day for a conquest. But could we conquer the whole Mutsu? Time and Lord Date would decide."
His arms leaning on the handle-bars of the horse he was riding, the long-haired man(?) named Katsurayama Haruyuki was looking down on the land that they would conquer, atop a high cliff. Although he was somewhat filled with fear of worse things to come, he should not show fear this time. It was the day that Lord Date would prove the prowess of his men, and Haruyuki should fight alongside them to aid the Daimyo on proving his strength.
He then turned the handle-bars, and the horse turned back from the cliff and rejoined the rest of the Date. The time had come for them to exercise the might of the Date.

After the battle in the armory, Haruyuki would not move in yet into the final battle. Not yet hearing of the fate of the other Date diplomats in the supply depot, he moved towards the direction of the supply depot to look for them or their corpses. He had to relay his and Noel's decision on stopping to support the Imagawa and fight at the side of the Oda.
He then arrived at the supply depot, and as expected, there were a huge number of corpses lying around there. He then rummaged through the bodies, searching for Date soldiers that have survived the clash, and, after they had all been treated, he would tell them that they had to switch sides and fight the Imagawa, for the Imagawa's situation was hopeless, and should they continue to side with the Imagawa, they would be wiped out.

When Haruyuki looked behind him, he saw a person nearing his position dangerously, and he saw that he had spotted him. This was the final straw. He stood up, revealing his position, and then he saw another person aiming at him, and the person nearest to him also readied his weapon. Knowing that they meant to dispatch him, he would draw his katanas, but not to slice down the two of them, but to shield himself from their attacks, his swords guarding the vertical center of his body. After they had attacked him, he would just drop his swords, opting to surrender.
"I am Katsurayama Haruyuki, a warrior and diplomat of the Date. I just came here on the behest of Lord Masamune to spy out the extent of the Imagawa troops, and as the Imagawa troops were already been exterminated, there is no further reason that the Date should fight here with them. If you would let me, I, with the other diplomats of the Date, would gladly assist you in taking out the Imagawa."

Haruyuki managed to stay hidden, but the only way to stay as such was to leave the battlefield and go around the enemy lines to go to the main camp of Lord Yoshimoto to inform them about the attack on the armory. But it would take him a lot of time, and when he would reach Lord Yoshimoto's camp, it might be too late for the armory. But it is better to be late than not inform him at all.
Haruyuki would search out for a path hidden by trees, bushes, or tall grass along the way out of the battlefield, and in again towards the main camp. He would try his best to avoid any Oda soldier that would be around the battlefield, and move stealthily and hidden by obstacles towards the main camp.

Now it was happening, and the long-haired person was grateful that he stayed up late to see this. The man he was tailing was meeting with another person, and it seemed that the person was an arms dealer, having brought with him lots of weapons and armor. He would not let this go to waste. Once the two people exchange transactions with one another, he would take both of their receipts and contracts to be presented to Lord Masamune so that the merchant would be prosecuted with treason, and he would get his reward to buy him some new clothes.
But as he watched and waited for the two to exchange transactions, some shadow happened to flow between the two men. Before he could react however, the two men, the merchant and the arms dealer, were struck on their foreheads, blood and brains splattering across their heads as they fell down, unable to stand up again as they writhed in pain, their feet kicking helplessly on the ground until they breathed their last. Although he was happy that another threat to the Date ignominously fell down, his target being killed before he had extracted more information from him visibly irritated him. He then set his sight on the shadow that bounded itself towards another roof, or should he say, a man that could take advantage of the shadows.
He then moved towards the shadow man, bounding from the roof where he had watched the one who he was tailing, to the roof where the shadow man was on, his boots landing on the roof with little sound. He then would be within five paces from the other shinobi. He then said, in a voice only audible by the other person, "What do you really want to accomplish?"

Haruyuki just gave a small laugh at the mention of him being paid for advice and "other things". He knew that kind of attitude he displayed was unbecoming of him and he himself was ashamed in that display, and so that kind of response just fitted him perfectly. He then replied, "I'm only here to give you free advice on love and you treated me like a courtesan? I am ashamed of myself. I just appeared so that you would free the barkeep of a worry in addition to what he received daily, and I am conversant of this thing called 'love'. And I'm not a courtesan nor I am planning on becoming one anytime soon. My body had a great price, and it is only for the one who truly accepts everything in me."
He then looked at the other person, and how he had became shy on the mention of him by the person at his side. He smiled and said to the lovestruck man, "Looks like he had nothing more to say right now, since he might have been taken, or have set his eyes on a person who he thought would be his love of a lifetime. If it was a person who lived by himself, he might either become proud of himself or respond with humble words. He might have been clueless on what to respond to such a scenario, due to his being also in a state of love."

The full moon shone brightly in the midnight sky as a long-haired person, clad in black except for the steel chestplate sewn on his outfit and wearing a black mask, was watching a man from the roof of a house. A dissenter of the Date, a merchant who had been transacting with a lot of factions all across the land, was found in Sagami, and the person had caught wind of the news of his whereabouts, and so the person was watching the person from afar, taking note of everything that he did. Enough information was needed for Lord Masamune to prosecute the merchant for treason, since it was known that the merchant had a lot of shady dealings within and without Oshu. The person had followed the merchant into Joetsu, Kofu, and Kotsuke and always failed without any information good enough to be noteworthy. Maybe this time there would be a surprising thing uncovered, and the mission would be a success.

Haruyuki was startled when he saw the rampaging Oda army cut through the guard corps of the Imagawa, and were making their way into the armory. He knew that the current army of the Imagawa stationed in the armory were too drunk to react with what was happening, and they would be defeated if they don't have help coming to them. He had to go back to Lord Yoshimoto and report what's happening, and he should stay alive so that he could report to Lord Masamune about the activities of Noel.
He took notice from where the Oda army was attacking, and moved from his place near the left wall of the armory to where the Oda would not notice him behind the armory. He would then run some yards away from the armory in the exact same direction from where the enemy was charging, until he had reached some bush also hidden from the armory building. He would then crawl beneath the bushes and grass until the armory was not in view, and then run towards Lord Yoshimoto's camp.

Haruyuki was glad it was all over, but his gut is telling him that it was not finished yet. Though he had sheathed his swords, he was not going away from battle but preparing for a larger one, and the swords being sheathed was the thing he needed the most. He stood there, keeping guard on the gunner lady.

Haruyuki least expected that his slice would get the katana on his right hand stuck to the creature's body. What's more, the fiend pulled him and gave him a wound on his stomach. Seeing that was the case, he would swing his katana on his left hand towards the left, to a bone of the creature, so that he could free the sword on his right hand from the enemy. He would then swing the katana on his right hand towards the wound that he had made on the creature, to cleave it in halves. But if one slash is not enough, he would deal multiple slashes so that the creature would not go back up.

Haruyuki managed to intercept one of the creatures as it attempted to get a hit on the gunner. The creature then stared at him as if he stole its food. Seeing that the creature must be finished before anything else, he would swing his katana towards the neck of the creature, hoping to kill it. He had to do it before the gunner gets massacred by her two enemies. After the creature was killed, he would move towards the gunner woman, taking out those who would try to rip her apart.

Quite open for any thread, and I could log in with my other characters when they would be appropriate. As for my characters:
Katsurayama Haruyuki: My version of a male looking like a female. He was also a ninja of no reputation whatsoever. Could do the flirts, but mostly since he was disguised as a female I would not know if he could do with your expectations. When his cover is blown however he would be a very good or a very bad companion, depending on the circumstances.
Constantine Lawrence: Just your average foreigner, he speaks Japanese fluently, but sometimes reeking of English accent. Somewhat an introvert because of his foreign roots. Mostly he does not speak, but just acts. Could be of help in your adventuring since he can't stand seeing someone being in pain.
Ichimura Ryunosuke: The greatest of all my characters. An ubiquitous fellow, he could be seen peddling his wares in a marketplace, searching for ores all across the land, and fighting off bandits. Also had quite a good sense of humor, his sharp wit helping in cracking some of them on a perfect timing. Quite open for any thread possible.

Haruyuki managed to hold off the creature's neck with his swords, sparing him from its jaws that wanted to tear him apart. The struggle continued until Brandt swung his sword towards the creature that Haruyuki desperately tried to shield himself from, making it unable to move again. But as Haruyuki got up, he saw his savior pinned down by another creature, trying to do what the other creature might have done to Haruyuki. With a forced exhalation, Haruyuki would charge forward towards the creature that pinned Brandt, slashing it with his swords towards its neck, hoping to decapitate it. If it does not decapitate the creature with one swing, he would give it multiple swings until its head rolls down the floor severed from its body. He them would charge towards the group of undead that might be harassing the gunner, helping her to make more free hits.

A shout from the daimyo awakened Haruyuki as he was dragged across the field. When he saw that he was being dragged, he flailed for a bit, before he was dropped down on the ground, and his head hit something hard again. Fortunate that he had long hair that snuffed most of the impact, but it still hurt. "Owww..." he muttered as he stood up, caressing the back of his head with his right hand, while dusting off his clothes with his left. He then moved forward to give attention to the daimyo, still caressing his head and still dusting off his clothes. That dragging made him become more like a terracotta soldier due to too many dust sticking on his black attire. When he heard Noel was divested of his ponderous sword for the time being, Haruyuki wondered what wrong did he make again. But since I had another weapon to spare, he decided to lend it for the time being. He had always brought it on his person, though it is as much unused as his swordsmanship. He then took off the cord that was attached to the weapon and its sheath on his left waist, and handed it to Noel, while saying, "I once thought that I should lend one of my weapons to you, but since you have been a very naughty boy, this would suffice." When Noel would unsheath the weapon (which looked like a sheathed katana), he would see that it was not a katana, but a hachiwara. Haruyuki would then say, "For new cadets only."

Haruyuki was not surprised that when he held the chest, something evil would come out. His suspicions were confirmed when a number of black orbs appeared all around them. Some undead creatures appeared on the walls, and some spawned out of the orbs. One got him pinned down on the ground as it poised its jaws on him, about to bite his head off.
Seeing this had happened, Haruyuki would try to use his two swords to scissor out the crawler's head. If that's not effective, he would have to slice the creature with his swords until it was returned to its former dead state.

Haruyuki was relieved when all of the soldiers were finished. He then saw a shimmering light emanating from a part of the room. When he turned at the direction of the light, he saw a treasure chest atop a pedestl, beckoning those who saw it to get it.
"Stay close," Haruyuki said to the other two people, and moved forward towards the chest. If the two would follow, he would move towards the chest, check to see if there are traps in the pedestal, and if there are none or if he was able to disarm the trap, he would pick up the chest and move back towards the blockaded entrance.

Haruyuki found himself in the Armory after he had tailed secretly another of the Date ambassadors who seemed to get lost. It was some hours before he had noticed that one of the ambassadors are lost. And so he traveled through the night, wearing his spy get-up, avoiding open spaces and other people, until he got in the armory. Hiding himself at the back of the building, he noticed a number of Uesugi soldiers who were also there. The other ambassador seemed to walk towards the Uesugi soldiers, and he saw another man, who was of a well-built frame, among them.
"Sympathizing with the rival army won't do you well, traitor," Haruyuki muttered, watching the other ambassador while still hiding.

It had seemed that Haruyuki was successful in his swordsmanship against these undead soldiers. But he found himself kicked to the ground by another soldier, and others charged at him, hoping to impale him to the ground. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the woman also knocked to the ground, disarmed, while another soldier moved towards her.
She's a gunner, why did he let her hold her own.
With a forced exhalation, he would swing his swords outwards, hoping to decapitate the undead soldiers(s) in range. If he did that, he would stand up and charge towards the other soldiers, breaking a way through them with his swords, slicing them clean on their necks. But killed or not, he would move towards the gunner, possibly slicing down the soldier that got her, and would protect her at all times while she makes the shots.

A vortex sucked Haruyuki and the others towards oblivion when he pushed the door, and spewed them into a room with many corpses inside. The stench of the corpses made Haruyuki cringe a little as he went forward. But as he walked cautiously towards the other end of the room, he saw some of the corpses reanimate and charge at them.
"As expected," Haruyuki said, charging towards the soldiers. When he was on the striking distance of the undead soldiers, he would draw the swords from their scabbards and strike them with one swing, hoping to decapitate them. But if this failed, he would just spin himself and swing his swords into a tornado at the middle of the group of zombie soldiers, to sever the parts of the zombie soldiers away from each other.

As his boots thumped on the rotten wood of the castle, Haruyuki surveyed the ambiance of the castle. It had seemed as if a lot of dark energy was roaming around in this place, threatening those who enter it. But it did not matter much for Haruyuki. He was well-prepared for any disaster that might ensue, and he was not afraid now of anything here, not even lurking evil spirits. He then moved towards the middle door, staring at it. It had seemed a lot of surprises would wait here behind this door, but Haruyuki was ready to face it.
"I think we should start at the middle door. In most castles this should lead to the audience hall, where lots of treasures are displayed for the benefit of visitors. Be careful though, there might be spirits of courtiers who might not want us to scavenge for the treasure." With those words, Haruyuki pushed the door with his left hand; his right hand ready to grasp the handle of the katana sheathed on his right waist.

Haruyuki had been stuck in a place where it seemed that he could not find a way back to Oshu within the night, and so he decided to find somewhere to stay here. He was dressed in such a way that he could not be distinguished from a female, as he came back from a mission from a nearby village, and so even if he wanted to change into his customary clothes, he could not until he found some place to stay.
He entered an inn, hoping to have a room inside where he could change up into something more manly. But, after inquiring the innkeeper if they had any vacant rooms and being answered that they don't have any, he felt sad, thinking that he would be stuck in this condition, prone to many attempted rapes, for some more time. He sat down at the bar, beside some person who seemed to be very excited about something. He opted to drink a lot to forget the misery that he would be getting in the future. But it seemed that because the man kept the bartender busy, a lot of orders were halted into a stall. He then looked at his back, and he saw a hooded man, seemingly very tired, but he just saw an aura of grumpiness all around him, maybe because of not getting a meal. Thinking that it should not escalate into a brawl between the noisy man and the hooded man, Haruyuki thought of something, but it made his stomach churn.
He moved nearer to the noisy man, and then said, more in the charming spectrum, "Hey, would you just talk to me instead about love, and forget about the bartender for some time?" He then glanced at the hooded man. "That man seemed to erupt sooner or later without food, so would you let the bartender do his business and we do ours instead?"

Haruyuki just came back into the camp from an overnight surveillance mission, and was still wearing his clothes fit for blending in into the night as a spy. There was an assembly of new recruits today, and he wanted to see what sort of recruits they had today. This would be a good day to test his skills on them, he thought. Somewhat his skills are rusty from not using them for a long time, and he needed a good practice. He then went to the barracks where the new recruits were assembled. Coincidentally this was also the place where he settled when he had no jobs to do, and so he thought that he would change into his black kimono and hakama, tie his hair and start training with them without mistaking him for a female.
But suddenly he saw something flying towards him. It was some pieces of chain that broke from something, and the shards are flying towards his direction. He then drew the sword sheathed on his left thigh with his right hand, and shielded himself from the chain shards in one swing of his sword. But as he was trying to shield himself from the shards of the chain, he saw another object flying towards him. When he squinted his eyes, he did not believe what was flying. It was a huge sword, and it was spinning towards his direction! He jumped upwards, evading the ponderous thing as it planted itself on the ground harmlessly. He then landed himself on the ground, at the front of the sword, smiling.
"You have to try harder than that, recruits!" he said while he was smiling, but he did not expect what would come after. A man was kicked towards the sword that planted itself on the ground, in other words, towards Haruyuki again. Haruyuki tried to jump again, but it was too late: the man hit him, setting them flying towards the sword, Haruyuki being squished between the flying man and the blunt part of the sword.
"Why are there too many things flying around here?" Haruyuki muttered, and then passed out due to being squished.

When Haruyuki was about to go inside, he heard a man asking what was this place. He turned around towrds the man, and was about to say something when a woman interrupted him, and told the man about this castle and what should he expect in this place. He just shrugged as he could not add further to the information given by the woman.
"As said, it was an old castle which might be infested with too many nasty creatures," he said, while looking at the corpses strewn around the castle. If they would not be serious in this, they would be degenerated into those corpses, their lives long expired. "There were rumors that a lot of treasure was still there waiting for people to pick up, but many had tried and failed in this aspect. Maybe those people were adventurers aspiring for the treasure, but owing to their lack of skill has perished." He then glanced towards the entrance of the castle. "If you had no fear of these things, we would try to see if there's really treasure here." He walked towards the entrance of the castle, not waiting for the others until he had entered.

Glancing across his surroundings, Haruyuki felt something was odd. They had selected the place of battle, and here they were, enjoying the terrain where they took position. They were really serious that they could take on all of them at once. Seeing Constantine activated his stance, and it seems that it was on the defensive.
'You wanted to fight a delaying battle, eh? I'll join you," Haruyuki thought, as he put his hands on his side, ready to draw the katana in case Constantine gets attacked. When Constantine would engage an enemy, Haruyuki would draw his katana and cut down the enemy on his/her side, continuing to wear him down until he would be the object of attacks, where he would withdraw for a bit before attacking again.
