Okehazama: Supply Depot

[OoC: Post Order for the Supply Depot is as follows:

Feeling incredibly confident with the large force the Amakusa provided, Toshiie proudly rode into battle alongside the Daimyo. He would lead the force around the camp, motioning for Takehiro to direct a small force to one side of the depot so they could take it from all sides.

The Imagawa troops had been busy celebrating recent victories, and the stampeding army took them by surprise. They hadn't even realized the Oda-Amakusa force was the enemy until it was too late! The Imagawa were mostly drunk, and the few who were sober took off running toward the main tents, where their Lord was located!

The Date diplomats would see the charging enemy forces, but not until Toshiie's men ran through the gates of the supply depot and slew somewhere around fifty men!

"Charge, men!"

Oda Army Objective: Capture the supply depot, stop the messengers. Contain the conflict.

Imagawa Army Objective: Fend off the attackers. Alert Lord Yoshimoto of the attack.

[Amakusa Takehiro]

Takehiro would send thirty men to attack each side of the supply depot with Toshiie's men, a total of 90 troops attacking. The rest would be sent to slay the drunk Imagawa forces. Takehiro himself would leap off his demon chariot, high into the sky, and slam his feet into one of the retreating soldiers. He would put up a wall of darkness around the battlefield, containing the forces as best he could, before pulling them all inward and away from the main forces.

"To arms, men of Amakusa!"

[Kuroshi Maki]

Arriving at the supply depot it seems they noticed us but to late. They seem drunk and that was a mistake they won't life to regret. But I could not charge head on knowing she was here as well. Turning to her I would simply smile.

" You stay back and safe ok.. If you need me just yell and I will be there! "

At this point we we ordered to charge but that wasn't my main concern as soon as I would know she was safe I would attack. As I saw the darkness pull the soldiers inwards I would charge forward into the group. Spinning the Guando trying to cut them all in half when they fly inwards.

" Time to face the demons of Amakusa! "

[Gabriella Santos]

Gabriella nodded at Maki's instruction, the front wasn't the place for her. "Give them hell." She would encourage, with a smile falling back to the back of the men as the would charge on the Imagawa, seemingly drunken force. The lucky buggers, a force that size drunk that was a lot of alcohol that she wished she was drinking instead of them. Drawing her gun, she would lead her horse off slightly to the side so as to see pass the men slightly easier.

Her eye looking for anyone trying to run away, especially if they seemed sober. Someone getting away could quite easily put this whole plan of the Oda's under fire. If the Imagawa's main force was alerted too early, thing today could go really badly. Gun at the ready, if she spotted anyone trying to flee, she would fire at the. Good thing that guns had such decent range, she could help in her own way from the rear. 

[Ichimura Ryunosuke]

As the chariot moved towards the supply depot, Ryunosuke saw what was happening. The soldiers of the Imagawa seemed that they were from an orgy, their disarray and mannerisms quickly gave away that they were drunk. But in their current situation, he just could not use his howitzer to defeat them. Except...

Ryunosuke pulled the chariot to a halt and examined his surroundings. By the looks of the sky right then, a storm seemed to be brewing up. That gave him an idea on how to act.

He then made the chariot move again, towards the enemy soldiers, and while the chariot was running, he aimed his howitzer at the soldiers who seemed to form an array, but sufficiently far away from the supply depot. He fired the howitzer towards the feet of the soldiers, making the cannon balls hit the ground that they stood on. This should make an impact explosion with a sound of muffled thunder, shaking the soldiers in disarray and preventing them to make an array for a short amount of time, and possibly killing some of them. He would continue to fire the howitzer that way until he was twenty paces away from the enemy, when he would use his howitzer as a sword to break through the soldiers in disarray, picking off his slashes so that he could kill the most soldiers in every swing of the weapon, until he had broken through the enemy force, shaking them into more disarray.

[Kyoya Naotora]

"Damn it! To arms, men!"

Naotora cursed, leaping high into the air with her chains in hand. As she would begin her descent, she would twist her body to the left and hold her arms out, forming a whirlwind of destruction with her balls-and-chain. She aimed to land in the middle of the Amakusa army with such destructive force she could take out anywhere from twenty to fifty, and from there, she would lift her weapons and continue the whirlwind around herself.

[Ikeda Keisuke]

"Are you serious!? You have got to be shitting me!"

Keisuke would complain as he leapt up from the crate he had been sitting on, and with hammer in hand, he would leap up into the air, before slamming his hammer down on the ground as he would aim to land in the middle of another section of the Amakusa army, to send rock spikes shooting up in the immediate area and impale the Amakusa soldiers, and any that he didn't get, he would swing his hammer at soon after, to knock them down like bowling pins. Excuse the anachronism.

"Zhuo-san, run and go alert Lord Yoshimoto of the attack! We'll do what we can to buy you time!"

[Zhuo Jina]

Jina's eyes widened as she saw the oncoming attack begin to take out some of the men who were stationed at the supply depot. Ikeda's words echoed in her ears as a bit of panic set in. She gave a quick nod to anyone who was watching. 

As soon as his sentence was finished, Jina almost flew onto the back of her horse and rode towards the main camp. She kicked her heels into his sides and put him at full speed. She raced towards the camp, attempting to get out of range of any guns or other ranged weapons. Her horse was running about 25mph (~40km/h) at full speed, quickly putting distance between her and anyone who would be pursuing her.

She bent her back so that she rested up against Huī's head so that she may run even faster. Knowing that there may be more men ahead, she decided to come through a side entrance of the main camp.

[Oda Nobunaga]

Takehiro's shroud of darkness pulled in everyone who attempted to run away, including Jina! She would have been going a full 25 mph straight into a wall of pure energy that immediately made her feel sick, and flung her off her horse, straight to the ground! Her, and everyone else who attempted to flee, would be affected with Dark Poison for the next three rounds!

Jina and 300 Imagawa Troops suffer from:
Dark Poison: Those afflicted take damage equal to 24 Str to their base Con for the next three rounds. They will feel sick, and almost incapable of contributing reasonably throughout the duration of the poison.

Maki, Gabriella, Ryunosuke, the Amakusa forces and the Oda forces would collectively take out 500 Imagawa forces before they could even react! The Oda were ripping through the supply depot as it was!

Naotora would deal some good damage to the Amakusa, but neither her nor Keisuke would be able to kill any due to their advantage of surprise! The Amakusa forces would maneuver around them, outnumbering and ready to kill them at a moment's notice!

[Amakusa Takehiro]

Having successfully prevented the escape of the runners, Takehiro would form spikes on his dark wall and ram it inward, to kill or incapacitate anyone and everyone who was near it, which meant everyone but his allies, and the two who seemed to attack his forces head-on.

If the woman with the horse tried to run again, Takehiro would form dark tendrils around her ankles, lift her up into the sky, and slam her into Imagawa soldiers, to knock her and them out.

As for the two who attacked his men directly, Takehiro would pull out his crossbow with two weighted bolts. Taking aim just as they completed their first attacks, he would fire at the center of either person's back. He was sure it would hit, given the short distance and the convenience of their backs being turned.

Whether or not his bolts hit, Takehiro would charge into the two, aiming to send his glaive through the center of the man, and dark spikes into the woman from all sides. (Keisuke and Naotora are who he is targeting.)

[Kuroshi Maki]

Taken down some of the troops, I could see two soldiers stand out. One of them was that girl Nao. Me and her had some unfinished business and I would claim it. Seeing as Tak took on both of them I would make it a fair 2 vs 2. At the point Tak shot them both I would rush in and spit a ball of fire at them to burn them.

[Gabriella Santos]

Gabriella watched as Lord Amakusa and Maki moved to take on two of the enemy forces that seemed to have been doing better then other of the enemy had been. Glancing over the battlefield, and the wall that Takehiro had called. The where men staggered and sick. Among them was also a horse, and another women who had been thrown off it. 

Aiming her Gabriella would open fire on those near the wall. She didn't know how long the wal would be able to remain cutting off the enemy from fleeing. However at any point someone mounted the horse, Gabriella would change her aim to fire at them, man or women. If the wall did dropped and someone was on horse back, they could possible get away to quickly. 

[Ichimura Ryunosuke]

Seeing that the tactic was successful, Ryunosuke then made the chariot turn towards the Imagawa army again, firing off his howitzer at the enemies who were attempting to form a battle array again. Making them draw a battle array would be like signing their death sentence. He saw the other officers of the Amakusa setting their sights on the enemies who could do their job, and so he was the only one who could lead their force to attack the remaining troops. He ordered them to use their matchlocks as much as possible except when they were engaging an enemy in melee. As the chariot turned round, he then continued to fire towards the enemy, shaking them into disarray, and then again penetrating the force while killing swaths of soldiers, shaking them into more disarray.

[Kyoya Naotora]

Naotora would shout in pain as the crossbow bolt ripped into her back, and she could immediately feel her body becoming slower. Before the spikes could hit her, however, she jumped up and over them, also out of the way of Maki's fire (unintentionally). She would turn, whirling her weapon around her with enough force that it ripped through the ground, sending chunks of rocks flying at the Amakusa forces.

[Ikeda Keisuke]

Keisuke would shout out in pain as well as the crossbow bolt ripped into his back, and he too would immediately feel his body becoming slower. Before the glaive was sent through the center of his body however, Keisuke would jump up and over it and then turn, before proceeding to slam his hammer down onto the ground, sending another wave of rock spikes shooting up in the immediate area at the Amakusa forces, to take them out if he could.

[Zhuo Jina]

Jina was feeling more sick than she had ever felt in her life. She wasn't sure where Huī was but she couldn't do anything about it. Her stomach churned and it felt like her body was flaming.

She sincerely thought she was dying.

[Oda Nobunaga]

Keisuke would find his attack would not be in range of the Amakusa forces, given he had to jump far to get away from Maki's fire spit! Naotora's rock attack would, however, take a few men down, but not out for the count. None of the Oda-Amakusa forces were really even injured yet!

Toshiie, Gabriella, Ryunosuke, and the two small armies would pick off even more men, slaying all of the sick (minus Jina) and then taking out an additional six hundred Imagawa soldiers! It was a good thing they had all these numbers!

The Supply Depot was overrun by Toshiie's forces, meaning so far, this group was doing good! They only needed to slaw the remaining Imagawa troops and finish off their objective!

[Amakusa Takehiro]

Finding these two officers to be way more problematic than necessary, Takehiro would form a sphere of darkness around the two, to encase them within it and trap them. For good measure, he would raise this dome about twenty feet into the air, before slamming it down into the ground. Meanwhile, he was going to focus on clearing out the rest of the Imagawa troops. Extending the blade of his glaive with darkness, Takehiro would begin to indiscriminately cleave through the crowd, now that Toshiie had taken the supply depot. They needed to finish off these guys, then proceed south.

[Kuroshi Maki]

The fire had mist there mark but it did force them back and with that there damage output was way less then if they would have been closer. I remember that girl, I knew she held strength and probably is the strongest warrior on there side right now. It seems with less force we still manage to overwhelm their large army.

Tak, would also try to hold these two down and as he tried to imprison them in darkness I would ask him to open up a small spot of that darkness if it worked. I would once again spit a fire ball into the prison because if they were in there they would be hit full on. If they did not get into the prison I would not fire the fire. Instead I would Charge forwards, My Guando would slam down hard at Nao, I just had to make sure she was not able to focus on more then me. That way Tak would be able to take her down.

[Gabriella Santos]

Gabriella would circle round with her horse, firing at any one else who tried to flee the area. Walking past those she had already help dispatch. She was shocked to find someone among them still alive. Another women by the horse. It must have been the rider, that hand even got back up. 

Pointing her gun down at the women, Gabriella was about to pull the trigger to finish them off but instead, would dismount and pin one of her arms to the floor with a foot. "Move and I will kill you." She would order, before pointing her gun back to the battle. To deal with anyone coming there way. 

[Ichimura Ryunosuke]

Ryunosuke was surprised that they were doing this very easily. The former army had decimated to less than half of their previous value due to their furious attacks, but still the number of troops were much higher than theirs. Turning again the chariot with a wild arc towards the large cluster of soldiers who seemed they were lost and panicking, Ryunosuke again would prevent them from drawing up a battle array and become potential threats by firing his howitzer towards those who he suspected of forming into one. The enemy soldiers who still had composure would be dangerous to their army if the prevail on forming up a battle array, and so these should be eliminated at the first signs of war awareness. As the chariot again charged towards the disoriented army, he again would hack through the soldiers as he passed through them. This should be finished quickly, lest a soldier inform the main camp of the Imagawa.

[Kyoya Naotora]

Naotora would not allow herself to be overcome by this, and if she was, she would not allow it to take Keisuke with her. Though it would hurt him, Naotora would swing her weapon into her ally's side to hit him out of the range of the attack before it closed in on her. From there, the slam would feel unbearably painful, but Naotora had to stick through it. Gritting her teeth, the woman began to swing her weapon above her head, repeatedly slamming each sphere into the one that surrounded her, hoping to break out of this prison.

[Ikeda Keisuke]

Just as Keisuke was ready to swing his hammer, to try and hit Takehiro just as he began to form the sphere of darkness, he would feel something slam into his side, which would send him flying through the air and just barely miss being enclosed into the sphere.

"NAOTORA-SAAAAAAAAANNNNNN!"

He'd roar as he'd just barely clear the dark sphere, before it closed up around Naotora, as he'd land on his back... hard. Sliding along the ground before eventually coming to a stop, he'd cough heavily from the pain and the wind knocked out of him, but there was no time for him to worry about that, he had to help Naotora! Scrambling to his feet as fast as he could muster, he'd swing his hammer at the sphere of darkness as much as he could, to try and shatter it and free Naotora! He'd even slam his hammer into the ground and summon rock spikes to hit it while protecting him if he had to!

[Zhuo Jina]

Jina laid on the ground and stared up at the woman with the gun aimed at her. She would do as the woman said, Jina wasn't ready to die.

Her stomach continued to churn and without notice, Jina threw up the water and bread she had eaten just minutes ago. Her head was dizzy, she couldn't move if she had wanted to. All she did was nod at the woman, hoping that his would be enough to keep her from being killed.

[Oda Nobunaga]

The entirety of the Imagawa forces, by this point, would be wiped out! The only ones left were the three Date officers Naotora, Keisuke, and Jina! Toshiie led his men south to occupy a lookout, and the Amakusa men followed as they wished! The lookout was a wooden tower, with 20 guards at the base and 20 atop it, and they seemed to not catch on to the chaos!

Keisuke's and Naotora's attacks on the dark sphere would destroy it! However, it would explode, inflicting both Keisuke and Naotora with Dark Poison!

Both players suffer from poison equal to 24 Spr to their base Con for the next three rounds.

With all Imagawa forces deceased, and one of three Date officers incapacitated, most everyone could move on if they wished!

New Objective: Conquer the look out! Take out remaining Imagawa forces! Hold position until the storm passes!
