Trials of the Gods
When Samurai grow in strength, the Gods themselves bestow upon these warriors a task to prove their worth. These tasks are no trivial matter, and cannot be completed by any man with a Katana. They are perilous, and the chance of survival is minimal. For those who have passed the first task bestowed upon them, the second is even more arduous and taxing, and they only prove to be more difficult as they go on.
These ten trials, though difficult, are not without reward. If Samurai can prove their worth before the Gods, they will be granted powerful gifts, the likes of which could control the tide of any battle. But this is no challenge for the weak. Proceed at your own peril.
Rules for Trials of the Gods:
1) To apply for these trials, copy and paste the form (below) and post in this thread.
2) You must reach the rank of Samurai (150 posts) before you may apply to be eligible for the Trials.
3) Musou is not required for these tasks, but it is highly recommended that you receive one before you take them on.
4) You may only complete one task at any time. You cannot start one and move on to another without completing the one you have started.
5) Once you have chosen the God for whom you will perform the trials, there is no going back. You may halt the trials if you wish, but you may not take up trials from another God. The list of Gods is below.
6) Items obtained from these trials may not be sold. They may, however, be upgraded, fused, and traded.
7) You are not guaranteed success. These trials will be difficult. If you fail, you may try again as many times as you like from the beginning of the trial.
8) These trials are GMed quests. One member of Staff, one player character. No two characters may undergo trials together.
9) Many of the events in these trials will be based on dice rolls and coin tosses to mix these up.
