Its just a idea that came to mind just now.. We have horses on this board right? Well, in the games you always have better horses and stuff. Like Red Hare from Lu Bu. My idea was, why not havin all member have a basic horse and be able to upgrade/train the horse. A horse could be trained in 3 categories and call it power instead of stats.
Speed: How fast is the horse Strength: How strong is the horse. Endurance : How long does the horse last in battle
Like I said its just a idea, but I would love to see it become a thing. Makes it more in depth and more fun to use a horse.

As Maki already made this before I got round to the idea, here my take on ideas, some simply to do some not so much. But I really like the idea as well.
Horses
1 – The most dull of the ideas but probably the second easiest to implement. Treat horses as an item. That cost half of a normal item to make and upgrade, but can’t have powers and only boost stats while mounted. A mounted character my get more stats faster this way but get them off there horse and they are f’ed.
2 – One of the SPQ give the Horsemanship Proficiency, simply just choose to take that as how good your horse is, and then just choose to use them. Simple but kind makes it more the rider then having a cool horse.
3 – NPC, treat it like an npc that get better when ruling a faction, like the commanders. Nice for leaders not so nice for people who don’t intend to lead though. Though probably a nice addition to the faction side of things if some want there army to be horsemen like the Takeda.
4 – the most work. Create a new SPQ lines (Or make one repeatable once a month.) designed for horse training, one for Speed, Power and Endurance. Grade each horse ability as 1/5, and give a reward of up to plus 3 to be put in the appropriate horse stat being trained.
Then you can treat each rank in Proficiency Horsemanship as plus one in each category. So while the best the horse can be is 5/5 in each, a player would also need to do the training to better rider to get the full 10/10 in each.
This way the best horse with a bad rider is about as good as the worse horse and a brilliant rider. Yes if someone wanted too they could end up a amazing with a great horse and be a amazing rider quite quickly, they would be locked into 2 SPQ a month to do so.

Sounds like a really awesome addition to the field. It's important to remember that there are mercs and we need a way to get around too

Alright. I like the sounds of this. Cavalry training proficiencies will decide your stat-cap for your horse.
I'll expand on this more later when I get the chance.
