Appearance: Harutomo is a small old man. With short grey hair and a much longer grey beard. His face bares a few scars from his younger life, but they are mostly hidden by the wrinkled state due to his age. Normally he is seen dressing in plain robes, rather than more extravagant ones, that would normally be worn by a man of his station.
Personality: Once daimyo of the Kitabatake, he was quite a fearsome warrior in his youth. However age and family led to him calming in later life. Eventually this turn into a dislike of violence of all kinds. Especially towards his family. Having had to raise his sons alone, however they did not turn out how he had hoped, and he wished to redeem himself through his grandchildren
History: Kitabatake Harutomo, originally Chikanari, was by the age of 20 leader of the Kitabatake. He was one of the lords around Japan who supported Ashikaga Yoshiharu rise to becoming Shogun, and continued to support him, after his uncle Hosokawa Takakuni, who originally nominated Yoshiharu, committed suicide after the pair had been feuding for many years. During this time, Harutomo had three sons, and would continue to lead the family for many years, raising his sons after their mother’s death.
Eventually though it happened, war started to rise. The last Shogun was no more, and two of his sons felt that the family needed to be led by a strong leader. As such those two sons took control of the Kitabatake, in hopes that they could make something of the war torn lands. While Harutomo’s last son left.
A few years of would past, and in an attempt at expansion. Harutomo’s sons, against his wishes. Sent men to Totomi. However much to Harutomo’s surprise the attacked failed. Due to the actions of certain warriors. One of these warriors would rise up. Lord Amakusa. When the Amakusa army came to Ise. Harutomo was unable to convince his sons to surrender, and they rode out to meet his forces. But the Totomi Daimyo sent word to Harutomo, promising that those that did not fight would be spared. Harutomo happily agreed, and wrote messages in attempt to get his grandson and long-time advisor Iwami clear of the battle, and left his sons who had quite clearly chosen their path to their fates.

Musou – Spirit Animal
The user can creature animals out of their own spiritual strength. If the user creates one animal is has stats equal to 2 times the users Spr spread as chosen upon the animals creation. The user can instead chose to create multiply animals, if done so they must spread 2 times their Spr equally over all of the creatures that they create.
A created creature MUST have at least 10 in each of its stats. As well as NO GREATER than the users total Spr. The created animal should match the stats to some extent of the nature of the animal. A Bear would have high Str and Con. A horse or bird high Dex. A bat or wolf high wisdom. Basically keep in spirit of the animal created.
These spirit animals last 1 post per 5 Spr of the user.

The message of a ploy, upon Harutomo spiritual animal arrived at the back of the Kitabatake force landing into the hand of the leader of the army. Who opened it and read. Annoyed at what it was inside and hate growing fiercer for the Amakusa. Before calling for messengers to get ready a force to return to the city, his son and Iwami included. Ayumi and Megumi would be able to exit the castle however it would take them longer to return to the battle and try and cut of the Kitabatake supply lines.

Toshi would manage to defend himself mostly with the quick explosion of Takehiro's crossbow, however due to the nature of firing in waves, some of the shots would follow up after the explosion could knock them aside, but before he would manage to attack back. Those shot that got through however weren't all on target, a couple would just about graze his legs, but a last would painfully piece through the top of his shoulder. However he would be able to attack back even through the pain, water indeed would splash out out the rifle men, rendering their weapons useless. Before calling in the heavy assault.
"Clear your weapons." A commander, wielding one of the large rifles shouted. Even under attack them men, would crouch down and start to try and clean out there weapons, as unarmed they would certainly fall, however in the time some would fall from the artillery. The commanders of the rifles unit however didn't lower their weapons. Their large rifle were indeed the same as those in Shima. They were know as Kitabatake Navel Long Rifles originally design for use on ships, and as such were less likely to be rendered in-operative by water.
5 of them would aim at Toshi and attempt to fire. But even designed to deal with damp conditions, only 3 of the 5 actually worked. Toshi found himself still under fire. The other 5 commanders would also raise weapon however they would aim at the trebuchets, and line up shots. Before firing. Only 2 of the guns however worked, but it was enough with the long ranged rifles to cut through important ropes, rendering two of them damaged and unusable until they had repairs. If something wasn't done about those guns, they could easily take out the artillery if given the time.
Meanwhile a message would find Iwami, and he and his men would return to the Daimyo's side due to the message from Harutomo.

Brandt battle hymn would inspire those around him and unnerve the normal troops of the enemy. However the commanders stood strong. When his shield allowed him to burst forward and attack, he wouldn't find his foes, to go down easily. Instead in unison, they would bring their weapons down, slamming his sword down into the ground. In order to prevent him from attacking them. The two on the side would keep the weapon in place as best they could, while the man in the centre of the three would raise his weapon and bring the blade of the halberd down towards Brandt shoulder and neck at a angle. However the Amakusa commanders would intercede, managing to cut down one of those holding his weapon in place, and forcing the other to back off. Allowing Brandt weapon to be freed once more in order to try and defend himself.
The unit attacking the siege weapons, was starting to break. The heavy assault units they faced, and the superior stock of the Amakusa was winning this front of the battle.
Unit Heavily damaged.
Once Commanders Falls They are routed.

Those of the flanking Calvary unit that had fallen behind, fell to the spy squad once they had engaged then in combat. While those that had managed to charge through, following the leader also took heavy losses as they walked into a wall of fire from Ichimaru unit and Gabriella. Ichimaru, and a Amakusa rifleman urge to firing would manage to deal a blow to the leader, while also taking out his horse. With a roar of pain however the man didn't stop jumping off his horse as it fell, and gripping his weapon in both hands coming down towards Ichimaru too fast for him to aim another shot. Ichimaru had to move, or be cleaved into by the man's large two-handed Invisible Nodachi.
Unit heavily damaged.
Once Tomomasa Falls They are routed.

"Indeed they would. I fear I have failed in raising them. Maybe if their mother had still been around they would be better. I just hope I can redeem myself in my grandsons." Harutomo would reply to Ayumi, finishing the message. Gentle blowing it dry he rolled it up and placed it into a small wooden tube before standing and moving over to the door. A strange bird of something ethereal would form in the air in front of him. He would then tie it on before opening the door, and allowing the creature to fly off. "I hope it arrives in time." He said after closing the door. "You best make your exit ladies. It would be hard to explain your presence here." He told them returning to his desk.

Toshi would ride in, raising his barrier of water to protect the force, and still allow the Amakusa's weapons through effectively. Iwami saw this and immediately knew that he was not in, as it were, his element in this battle. Double jumping back and throwing fire to almost fly he put himself back at the rear of the cannons. Delaying a direct confrontation between himself and Toshi. The cannons would come under heavy assault, and men would fall to the weapons. However Toshi had placed himself in harms way, as 2 units of rifles aimed at fired at him. Much like the Amakusa siege weapons the projectiles would be much better suited to breaching his barrier of water. They would fire in waves, as to give each other time to reload and fire once more. Among the unit the commander present wielded much larger rifles like those used by one of the Kitabatake grandsons in Shima. Designed to be accurate even over the distance.

Brandt and his troops would meet the infantry force. Cutting them off from attacking the siege weapons in time. Brandt himself would quickly be able to prove himself a threat, cutting down those they faced him. As such 3 of the unit commanders with halberds unlike the smaller weapons of the unit would move into face him. Attacking as a team in order to eliminated him as quickly as they could. While the other 2 commanders would try to break the enemy unit, taking loses but inflict some of their own.

Ichimaru and Gabriella along with the rifles and spy squad would inflict heavy losses on the cavalry as they tried to break through. Tomomasa using a unnatural burst of speed to avoid what could have been deadly fire from the rifles. The Kitabatake son and the commanders of the unit would not fall, and unrelentingly would ride through the fires. Charging the rifles hidden location, in hopes to reach them and eliminate them, as well as gain cover from the spies fire bombs within the Amakusa's own men. The remaining soldiers and horse however would be taken out by the combined effort of fire and bullets.

You haven't followed the instructions of in the above post. Spefically these ones.
1. If possible, please expand on his personality. He's a loner and doesn't trust anyone, but is slowly learning to trust people, what caused him to become distrustful in the first place?
2. You've shortchanged yourself two stat points. New characters all start out with base 50 EXP, so add two points to any of the five stat categories. If you do not wish these two stat points, add a line listing Unused EXP under your characters stats. This along with character stats MUST be in character mini profile beside their posts. You currently have random numbers there.
3. You are allowed only ONE two-handed weapon, OR TWO one-handed weapons. Since you gave Keita a cross spear, edit this weapon into the item table and remove the inventory text at the very top of your bio sheet:
[b]Jumonji Yari:[/b] At least it tries to be one. It's like a spear with two other blades on it, kinda making a cross shape. The idea is cool, but this is, uh. Well. +2 Str
If you do not want the item designed above you are welcome to select weapons from the Starting Weapons thread in the Character Sheet section. As above you may have ONE two-handed weapon, or TWO one-handed weapons from this list.
4. A personal opinion is that many multiply colours make looking at the bio to read harsh on the eyes. This isn't required but suggested you change for ease of reading.

"I don't." Harutomo replied simply to the women. "However I do not control these armies, my sons do. I am old, and they believe me incompetent in my age." The elderly man looked down at his map for a moument. "However if your lord truly wishes a peaceful end to this, he may be sorely annoyed. I may be able to pull some of his forces away, convince my grandson along to my side. But my sons still will not back down. Would Lord Amakusa spare those who do not fight?" He would ask, reaching inside a draw nearby, and pulling out paper. Even if they didn't agree he would start to write a message out. Saying that the capital had become attack by a small force, and could he send his grandson and Iwami no Kami and thier men back to provide aid.

The cannons would continue to fire, block by the make shift wall but slowly taking them apart. They would protect Takehiro men, but not forever. The Amakusa weaponry would fire in return, and the first of the cannons would be smashed back the men around it dead. However the next would not get to hit there mark. A man near the back of the army, jumped into the air as if expecting some strike. A keen eye would see, an middle aged, mostly bald man, with hair at the back of his head, plated downwards in a ponytail. Throwing palm strike in the air, small blasts of fire would shot out wards at the incoming projectiles blowing some of them out of the air. Another cannon would fall, but the man set to the task of preventing the Amakusa weapons taking out their own.

As the Calvary moved, and were ambushed. A loud shout of, "Charge through." called out over them. Men would fall, under the attacks of the Amakusa ninja, however those that remained would charge straight for the forces blocking them, planning to cut there way through. At the head a large man, battle scarred armour clad but still reasonably young. Led them forth. Seemingly wielding nothing, but would still mange to cut his way through, trying to lead his men to safety.

In response to the fire on the cannons, a unit of infantry would break off and head for where they hid. While it would be possible to re aim to prevent them reaching them, weapons of the sort take time to do so, so doing so would make it a close thing. It would also allow, Iwami no Kami to refocus his powers to somewhere offensively and not in defence of the cannons. They would need protection, if Takehiro did not want them falling into enemy hands.

Ayumi and Megumi would manage to get pass, the guards only to enter the room and see an elderly gentlemen sitting there quite calmly. "Please come in sit down. If you come for my life, there is not much I could do to stop you." The old man would say. On the table in front of him would be maps, but they appeared not to be of the battle about to take place. "You would be here on behalf of the Daimyo of Totomi correct." The man would state, not a question as if he knew, it wasn't a giant leap of the imagination.
Back on the battle field, cannons ready, the Kitabtake seemed to be ready to wage war. One until of the Kitabatake Calvary would break off, heading slowly off as if going to circle around the battle field before the battle started and be ready to move into a flanking position of the Amakusa forces. However the rest of the Kitabatake forces didn't wait. Cannons would be turned and aimed at the central column of the Amakusa's forces and fuses lit. Cannons would fire out, planning to break the men slightly, and then the infantry advanced.

The Kitabatake army unlike the Amakusa army rather then relying on siege weaponry such as catapults and abalests would instead be setting up cannons. The cannons they had, were not original designed for ground combat, but had been remove and converted from ship cannons. Something that the Coastal faction of the Kitabatake had in spades.
Meanwhile, Wakahisa Megumi and Ayumi would be able to navigate themselves around the smaller guard on the capital. Their skills in stealth beating the guard abilities especially due to the fact it was unexpected. However Harutomo's room was much more guarded then the rest of the castle. Getting pass them would require more planning. Harutomo's room was guarded by 4 exceptional guards, and was a internal room, and as such lacked windows for the intruders to sneak through easily.

MARKSMANSHIP This proficiency determines your ability when it come to the use of ranged based weapons. (Thrown, Bows and Firearms) Rank D: Allows your character to hit a stationary target of a reasonable size all the time. Rank C: Allows your character to angle there shots to fire greater distances. The main bulk of the Kitabatake army would have formed up in order to meet the Amakusa forces. 3 large units of rifle-men spread out in front were followed by 5 units of infantry, with the sides of the force, flanked by a single unit of cavalry on each side. The men were lead by the Daimyo of Ise, Kitabatake Tomonori, His brother Kitabatake Tomomasa, His last son, Kitabatake Chikanari, And his advisor Iwami no Kami.
Back in the city the remaining men of the Kitabatake army guarded Ise, and Anotsu Castle. Here Tomonori and Tomomasa father, Kitabatake Harutomo, the grandfather of the men that Takehiro had captive. Unlike his son, who will not sumbit peacefully, Harutomo is know from deploring violence, and may be able to reach a accord with Amakusa.

The men inside hadn't seen Maki's powers outside, and as such didn't expect what followed. Oil would splash, and fire would form, there air being filled by screams and burning heat. The men would fall to the ground, or run around slowly dying, however this presented a new problem. Maki had cut on the way further in, and upstairs with the fire, and it would slowly grow.
This was bad from the view point of discovering more about the group, because while men my lie, die or refuse to tell. Papers and documentation could not, but these would be lost if Maki allowed the fire to grow and envelop the building.

Maki would be able to duck under the majority of the spears, however not all were aimed high, and one would graze the side of his leg on the way pass. However it didn't manage to stop him, and the men indeed were all in range and weapons in a position that they couldn't defend properly. The pole arm would slash out, and take those surrounding him down and out, either dead or soon to be.
The 7 soldiers with half there spears left, backed off and made for the stairs. Unwilling to fight, inadequately armed. The 30 that remained, formed a spear line, 15 men across. Rather then attack they waited. If Maki charged the first line, he would find the second line stabbing at him pass the first line.

Objective: You have proven yourself to be able to force yourself through things on willpower, however your lord thinks that you could still be pushed to more extreme situations. You have been forced to go without food and water for 1 week. You must now head to a nearby shrine. This shine requires crossing rivers, climbing mountains and an extremely long walk. Upon arrival you have to remain in the shrine, and continue without food or drink in meditation for 2 weeks. Can your mind keep you going when your body feels like it should fail.
Requirements: Must have completed Mind Training II
Reward: Up to +3 Spr
Location: A shrine in your faction's territory, Joetsu for those unaligned.

Your Lordship has requested that as a soldier you train your mind as well as your body. You will be given tasks to test your resolve and become at peace with yourself.
Objective: After your last test, your lord has decided that you must undergo training more suited to training off the mind in extremely unsettling surrounding. You have been taken to a small cave system underground. You must make your way from one side to the other, a good 20 mile underground. However the caves are strange, pitch-black, and seem to leave the people inside with no senses. You must manage without sight, scent, smell, taste or even touch, and exit the other side with your mind intact from the experience, and then still be willing to force yourself back through the cave to where you started.
Requirements: Must have completed Mind Training.
Reward: Up to +3 Spr
