Round 2: Amakusa Takehiro vs. Yuy Masahiro

(OOC: Stats are in effect, as this is a stat-based board, but will be used more as a guideline than strict adherence. Please post your stats from the previous round in your first post, at which point, they will be locked. No Musou is allowed. This fight ends on March 10th. Good luck.)

The both of you are led to a waterfall plateau, bordered by a viewing gallery that is built alongside the falls, the referee already there and awaiting your arrival. A large rock plateau with a small wading river, due to the waterfalls, with the elegant viewing galleries surrounding it, serves as the arena, but watch your footing, as you and your opponent are able to knock, or be knocked, down to the lower waterfall plateaus or gallery areas.

Upon being led to the next arena, Takehiro admired the beauty of the place. Fighting in a place like this could be extremely dangerous, though, given there were no walls and one could be knocked into the waterfall at just about any time. The thought was surprisingly exhilarating, honestly.

"Oh! The gonna-rule-the-land-one-day guy! Surprise, surprise."

Takehiro grinned the moment he saw his opponent, his left foot sliding forward and his knees bent slightly. His left arm would be held out, palm facing his opponent, while his right arm was held down, bent at the elbow so it formed a right angle. His fist was balled up and tightened, ready to strike at a moment's notice.

"I can't say I haven't been looking forward to this."

The man that said he would one day be hired to kill me. I couldn't help but be excited at this fight. I wanted to see how I stacked up against this man. My hands trembled... I could hardly contain myself as I smirked. I clenched my fist tightly and flexed my muscles slowly. I slid my right foot back, keeping my left in front of me. I drew my left arm up as if holding up a shield to protect my chest. My right pulled back, held by my side, to be able to unleash a powerful blow if needed.

"I'll let you have the first blow."

Takehiro nodded as he was offered to make the first move. Naturally, it wasn't something he would do, but he was going to use this opportunity to test his opponent. He inched toward Masahiro, and once he was within striking distance, would send a quick jab for the man's face. It had very little force behind it, and would retract almost as quickly as it was thrown. Almost immediately after that attack, Takehiro would bend his knees a little and shift his fist to the right, sending another left jab at the man's stomach.

A jab at my face? Too easy! I tilted my head to the side to avoid his jab. Like I said... too easy? DAMMIT! He pulled his punch back before it would have even made contact and threw another one at my gut. I couldn't stop it in time. Instead I grabbed his left fist with my own left after he hit my stomach, to make sure that he couldn't retract it as easily. After that, I launched my right fist in a hook shot aimed to hit at the man's kidney. Hopefully because of the height difference, as long as I kept hitting low I would stand a chance.

Masahiro opting to grab Takehiro's arm only worked in the brawler's favor. He would pull his arm back as the man went for the hook, allowing the punch to hit his arm instead of his kidney. Using the imbalance from the pull, Takehiro would rotate his body to the left, sliding his left foot behind the man's closest foot. From there, he would rotate his wrist, using his held hand to take a hold of Masahiro's as well, and then pushed forward with all of his weight, while kicking the man's leg out from under him. This should result in him falling awkwardly to the floor, and even if he let go of Takehiro's arm, Takehiro still held his.

Once Masahiro was on the ground, Takehiro would drop his knee forcefully into the man's kidney. From there, he would hold his arm straight out from his wrist, while using his free hand to pull on the man's elbow, opposite the way it was supposed to bend. The pressure he would apply would be so much that a small addition would allow him to snap the bone.

The moment Takehiro slammed Masahiro onto the rock plateau, the impact was strong enough to knock him out, as the referee would end the fight, raising the white flag in his right hand.

"This match is over! The winner is Amakusa Takehiro!"
