(OOC: using Heart-shaped Rice Cake: Heals all wounds obtained in the current thread. +5 Con for the remainder of the thread ingested in. New Con:23)
Shou almost cheered inside when the helmet of the knight broke and was about to follow up when the thing slammed hands into him. Flying skyward he smashed into the ceiling the sword in shoulder being pushed completely throw, dropping to the ground along side his own dagger that he had been able to hold. Coming down the creature caught him and threw him in the a wall.
His body was broken and bleeding. Right now he needed a pick me up. Quickly eating his heart rice cake without moving from the floor, Shou got back to his feet with a renewed sense of vigour, a blade into each hand. It had no torso armour nor head piece now. And with a flick of the wrist Shou would send a dagger at each. A head shot and heart shot. Staying close to the wall Shou waited for it follow up if it didn't go down. Planning to use the wall his own advantage.

Shou screamed in sudden unexpected agony, as the blade stabbed through his shoulder. Before being sent flying back and to the ground by the creature smashing him the chest. Clenching his teeth Shou struggled to his feet once more, backing away from the knight trying to reach the blades handle over his shoulder but being unable to. Seeing that Naotora had tried to assist him and been sent flying away anger welled up. "Nao!" Shou exclaimed charging.
Shou leaped at the knight, in order to tackle it to the ground. Dropping the throwing dagger in one hand Shou would grip the larger dagger and bring the hilt down as hard as he could into the creatures helmet. Over and over, each time causing pain to fill his shoulder and spun his anger forward. If the helmet broke Shou would flip the dagger, and bring it blade down into whatever was classed as a face of the creature. Before charging to his feet and over to Nao to see if she was okay.

Shou would stagger back as the sword was launched at him, and bring his dagger up as quick as he in order to push the sword upwards. So that it would pass over his head. The knight had disarmed himself how stupid Shou thought. Dashing forward, Shou sent the current throwing dagger out aimed for the knight head. Sliding and new set of three into his hand Shou would come in low and stab out with the larger dagger toward the creatures gut, before bring the claw of daggers up and across at the creatures face.

Shou would get to his feet again, and turn to face the orb of darkness as it turned into a humanoid shape. He'd notice the others as well, and see that each one seemed to be going for one of them each. Shou would swing both arms out backing away from the one coming at him.
Sending three daggers from each hand. Two aimed to where the creature was and the rest to the slightly to the side, slightly after so that if the creature dodge it be moving into the path another two instead. Sliding his right hand down to his hakama, Shou would flipped out his hidden larger dagger into his hand while his left would, slide a single of his throwing dagger into his hand.

Shou watched once more as the devastating wrecking ball weapon, not only cleared those surrounding him, but the ones surrounding Naotora as well. Shou would gracefully jump up from his back on the ground to his feet with relative ease. Regretting it slightly as his back hurt from where the creature had tackled him.
"Thanks Nao." Shou said shortening the women name, they had helped each multiply times now, and well she had just saved his life. Plus something shorter to say in a hostile encounter was probably good idea. "Having trouble swordsman?" Shou would ask looking over. "Oh and have you got a name. Cuz swordsman a bit hard to shout." Shou would say purposely annoying the man, he seemed as if he was about to charge the left over creatures. Might as well give him a little more incentive. "And you two. If you said them I missed it." Shou would look towards the gunners of the team.

As Shou moved forward, 4 orbs of darkness would appear around him and Shou would pull up his clawed arms ready to fight. Mind twisting at the sight of the orbs of darkness, changing into misshapen monsters. As the four would charge at him, Shou would act on instinct, picking the one that separated him from Naotora and launching himself at it. Rage and fear pushed him forward, and he would pouch on the creature like a lion and try and start tearing it apart.
However mid-leap Shou found himself pushed even faster towards the one he had leap at, and the one behind him slammed into his back tearing at him with razor teeth. After hopefully killing the first Shou would roll over and use his daggers in hand to catch the second creature mouth, in order to hold it off of him. The other 2 almost atop him. Knowing he would be in serious trouble Shou would try and rip the creature face open with his daggers before it could bite him seriously. "Little help here." Shou would say loud but not yet shouting trying to keep himself calm once more until he need another sudden burst of desperation.

Shou watched impressed with how well the last couple seconds seemed to pan out for their motley crew. 5 creatures attacked and then 5 plus the last standing samurai were defeated. Shou would watch as the light show ahead revealed another chest.
"Is tha... You know I'm not going to jinx it." Shou started before changing his mind on what to say, shrugging and arms spread, daggers still hanging in between his finger. They made a pretty good team it seemed. Even if the swordsman was part of it. Even so they had more trouble with the traps and dark bat/crow things in the previous room. And now the chest laid ahead.
Suspecting they may be more traps in this room as well. Shou would turn to the two gunmen and the swordsman. "Your turn to dodge spikes maybe?" Shou said with a grin, walking forwards anyway. Cautiously towards the chest even though suggesting one of the others should.

Shou cursed to himself as his daggers had little effect on the undead, but it didn't matter for long as Naotora and the gunmen made quick work of most of the undead. From above however unnatural shrieks alerted Shou to the present of yet another threat, And Shou saw the creature leap out at them. One came straight at him, looking to tackle him to the ground.
"WHAT IS THAT?"
Shou would turns his hands over, and bring both of his hands up, in a two fisted bladed upper cut. The force of the creature barrelling into him, as he struck would cause the daggers to penetrate it somewhere in the chest, it's own force causing his blades to literally rip the thing open, as Shou arms would continue upwards. Letting go of his daggers at this point Shou would throw then thing over his head in the path it way it was already going. Shou would turn, refreshing the blades in his hand, and making sure the thing was down. Before running over to assist anyone who needed help.

Shou ignored Maki' s words, but move to prevent the man touching him, he didn't know what the other man was planning. It seemed everyone had decided, and the door ahead opened as if in answer. The stench of death was rancid, as it suddenly came on a sudden wind. Heading inside, Shou didn't like the scene ahead, bodies everywhere and blood. Door slamming behind them, left them briefly in greater darkness as touch light appeared from seemingly nowhere illuminating the room.
What happened next was the stuff of tales, as corpses got to there feet weapons at the ready, and started to charge at them. Shou slid a couple daggers into each hand, and picked out a couple of the under men that were more rotten flesh, then bone compared to some of the others. His daggers were designed to rend flesh, and lacked the weight to deal a serious blow to bone. With a swing of each arm he would send a pair of daggers at each of the two deadmen, before taking a sliding step behind Naotora. It seemed slightly cowardly to move for cover behind the only female, but she had a close range weapon and the only other choice for that was the swordsman. As Naotora would monumentality hold them off Shou would slide three more blades in to each hand to make claws. Now ready to fight them close up.

Shou was ripped from his feet as he, was still trying to make things safe for himself by what seemed like a even bigger gust of wind then that which had brought them in. It was a nasty trip over such a distance, man was not meant to fly, Shou thought as he slammed into the ground back at the entrance. "That went pretty well." Shou would say getting to his feet.
"Well it doesn't seem to be what i'm here for, but after what just happened I doubt it's here anyway. But that's a big chest, even I won't pass up the optionality for more if it's here." Shou would say moving over to the chest. "Wonder how you open the damn thing. Anyone good with locks?" Shou asked looking over the rest of them one by one. Shou hoped that the rest thought about going on too. He doubt he would have much chance alone. Plus getting to know his enemy more, and making a new powerful friend as well in Naotora, seemed like a good plus side too.

As he stepped off the pressure plate below him, Shou saw the spike start to try and spin up to speed once more. Shou would quickly take a step back on the pressure plate cutting the spikes movement off almost as quickly as they were trying t start.
"Just go I'll catch up." Shou would say to Naotora, it was best if as many of them got to safety as quickly as possible. Crouching down Shou looked at the pressure plate examine the seem of it. "Damn it. Well I can always get more made." Shou would say to himself pulling out a dagger into each of his hands. Shou would place one into the seem of the pressure plate, hammering in with the back of the second dagger. Before doing the same with the second throwing dagger using the handle of his larger blade. Once please that the trap would be stalled by the daggers, if not held in place completely Shou would head after Naotora.

Shou would almost panic, as Naotora swung her ball around the chest as he was close to it checking for traps. Spikes shoot out around the chest spinning round it. As quickly as he could, Shou threw himself to the ground. Spinning spike catching one of his arms, as he did so, scratching down his arm painfully before he could get under them. Another click sounded under him, and Shou was ready to move again to escape. Instead however the panel seemed to dectivate the spikes, causing the to halt spinning over his head.
"Warm me next time Naotora-san." Shou said panting, carefully getting to his feet, and between the spikes that had gone off. Shou grabbed his forearm carefully, holding the gash close and seeing how much it bleed. Flipping a knife into his hand, Shou cut a strip from his clothes and quickly wrapped his arm as best he could. As Naotora would attempt to move the chest. Before moving in to help carry it if it was heavy.

Shou would follow cautiously after Naotora, low to the ground, arrows still worrying passing over head. However some how the two of them would make it, their combined effort of dealing with the traps seeming to have paid off. Getting to his feet slowly, Shou would move over to the chest. Crouching down next to the chest Shou would try and see if the chest was trapped.
He would carefully look over the actual chest, as well as the ground below it for traps if they were force to just try and drag the whole thing back with them. Either way Shou would get up and take a step back. "So how the hell are we going to get this back over there?" Shou would ask out loud actually talking to himself, and scratching his chin.

Shou tried to make sense of the message in his head. The man quite clearly hadn't set his sword aside, so why say he had. It must have been something only Yukimura would understand. It seemed the man was pretty damn good at being vague and cryptic.
"Sakabato aside? Got it. I'll track him down when I get back." Shou would reply. "And likewise about the friend thing." Shou added, in his head not really thinking of the other man as a friend quite yet. It was hard to when, someone actively hide their face to trust them quite that far.

Shou would follow after Naotora, setting off the spike wall and hopping through after they started to reset, and watched the mess of arrows and other projectiles adding to the collection of other spike traps. It was a shame that Naotora didn't have a second of those balls. It would be some form of cover from the arrows, on both side if she did. Looking back, Shou was about to once again make sure in his mind that he knew a safe route back when he saw black shape descending from the ceiling.
"LOOK UP." Shou would shout out, incase any of them hadn't notice the threat. "We have problem behind us,any ideas before they notice us?" Shou would ask, turn to the women at his side. He wondered what exactly the things were, they seemed unnatural but from over here he hadn't been able to get a good look. They could crawl under the projectile but not without setting the traps off in the ground.
Suddenly a idea occurred to Shou. The arrows had to come from somewhere in the wall, and he examined them. It was hard to notice but inside the wall were small holes. "Actually I think I have got a idea, step back." Shou would, arkwardly moving to the other side of Naotora to be at the front. Sliding blades into his hands, Shou would try and throw them so that daggers blocked arrow slits. He would aim for the lower ones only, he wasn't willing to let himself run out of them by trying to block as many holes as he had daggers.

The man mused over Shou alignment in these current times out loud, before revealing to Shou surprising him that the man, knew Sanada Yukimura. Shou own experiences of meeting the man were small, and Shou had been tried at the time. But Shou did know that Yukimura and his father and family were key members inside the Takeda and loyal as anyone could be.
It seemed strange that and man not of the Takeda considered himself a friend of Yukimura, but Shou had also met men who were not and like them quite well. Shou actually believe the guys words. Which gave Shou more then the other man probably hope in terms of information. It meant he knew someone, if he could get time to see him. Could reveal who the man was possibly. Getting rid of even more of his curiosity at the same time hopefully.
"A friend of the Sanada is most likely a friend of the Takeda. It is a pleasure to meet you Shiro-san." Shou would reply giving the other a more formal bow. If he was personal friends of Yukimura it was best not to show any disrespect. "Do you want me to take him a message once I'm home. It's kind of what I do for the Takeda." Shou offered, an extra message was no hassle, and it was a excuse to speak to hi superior.

Shou collapsed backwards as he failed in his plan. Yukimura had reacted with yet another palm strike. A set of them, and Shou was unable to react, or tighten his grip as he pulled back at the same time as Yukimura pulled his arm free. Staggering back out of the ring, and falling to the ground with aloud thud he looked up at other man with tired eyes, as Yukimura told him he could go rest
"Yes sir, thank you sir." Shou would reply formally, forcing his tired muscle to bring his to his feet. Giving a bow, as was proper of is superior Shou turned to go find somewhere to sleep for the day. Hoping that next time Lord Shingen called such a training session, he was awake enough to actually make more use out of it. Reaching where Koboyashi unit usually slept, Shou collapsed by the entrance of the tent, hoping that the Captain would wake him later.

Shou watched as Naotora not only was he impressed with the idea, but with her strength as well. That ball and chain must have been heavy. It was doubtful that his own arsenal would have trigger any traps that well. As spikes shot form from the ground, and the walls, other chunks of the path fell away. A form of trap not capable of resetting itself. Shou made a mental note of the traps that appeared momentary. And as much as Shou wanted to have the women keep doing so, he had no way of knowing if the path could take the strain.
"I'm going to risk it." Shou informed the group, giving the ball wield women a Nod. Carefully Shou would approach the nearest safe section of the ground that he knew. Keeping one eye on the paths safes spots up ahead while another on the wall, in case another pair of slamming spiked walls shot out. HE would follow the safe spots as best he could, whenever there was a section he didn't know he would leap to the next one carefully rather then risk and unknown location. It wasn't long until he had managed to reach the last safe spot before the giant spiked wall trap.
Feeling relatively safe where with where he was standing Shou tried to look ahead for whatever triggered the walls. They had reset, meaning the trigger quite possibly could trigger again as well. If no triggering device seem obvious, he would quickly throw a few daggers one by one at the path and walls father ahead until something triggered a trap. If nothing did Shou would look back to the other. "Do you think you could try the same up here, so we know a path father on?" Shou asked turning back and bring back to his mind the safe spots, so that he could point them out to the others if they hadn't seen them.

"I plan to." Shou would say to Naotora as he followed ignoring the scene of bravdo and guns behind him. He would have to hope that the swordsman could wait sometime before they had it out. Shou noticed the late comer following up behind them and he asked what to expect. "Probably, I doubt they all fell to ill planning during travelling through the swamp." Suddenly the doors ahead opened and he was dragged inside by swell of wind and darkness pulling him in and off his feet.
Getting up quickly he looked behind to see the door blocked off behind them, and the rest of the room. The path didn't look stable. "Is everyone okay?" Shou asked concerned. "No one going running for the chest up there. I don't like this." Shou would order, he wasn't trying to be a leader here. He would rather state the concern rather then not say it and have someone act stupidly.
Shou looked ahead, examining the path that lay before them. But trusting his eyes alone would be dumb though. Even though some sections didn't look broken, they were probably weakened by the section that were. "Has anyone got some rope?" Shou would ask not expecting the answer to be a good one. Some rope would be really useful though, at least that way someone could hold up and before they tried to go on.

The man voiced his agreement of Shou sentiment before asking which banner it was that he consider himself to. Shou hoped that the other man wasn't under one that clashed with his, but seeing as he was trying to be a symbol himself it seemed unlikely. "I'm a Takeda man. I have been for the last few years." Shou revealed, it was one of the questions that he didn't mind asking. It would take a big problem or serious change in his ways to deny his loyalty.
"And you? You don't seem like the man to liege himself to any lord." Shou stated his opinion of the man. Hopefully he was right otherwise it may be seen as a insult of some kind. The last thing Shou wanted to do was fight the man, maybe the demon appearance had more of a effect on him then he would like to admit.
That and the man fought well enough to have put the bandit down quick and hard, and hadn't needed any assitance in doing so. Shou had already learned that fighting a good swordsman up close did not suit the way that Shou fought himself.

Shou turned a flash of anger filling him in recognition of the man and his voice. Hand's twisting ready to flash blades to his hand in a moments notice. However before Shou could react to the other man Shou noticed another approaching as well. "Naotora's the name. You?" "Yamabara." Shou replied simply before returning his gaze over the other man. Randomly attacking the man who had left him dying when they had met did not seem like a good idea. Not only because he knew he would lose, but because he didn't know how the other would react.
"So you all want the riches too, eh?" A third voice cut in, and Shou turned to look at him. Noticing the gun over his shoulder. "Any funny business, I'll put a bullet between your eyes." The man added, well that settled that, he could try and settle things, with a threat like that hanging in the air.
"I'm here after something yes, but i've heard the rumors. If there is treasure to be claimed along the way i'll take them." Shou explained, turning his gaze back to Maki. "I can't beat you, I'm not ready. I won't stab your back and you don't stab mine." Shou told the swordsman, before looking back into the pathways. "I was thinking of going left, and clearing the place out path by path. But i'm open to suggestions." Shou would explain his comment aimed at the two people he didn't know rather then the one he did know, and truth be told didn't like.

Shou watched as the man thought about what he had said, before turning round and asking him what he actaully wanted to do. Shou also noticed the fact the man had stopped being as informal, and so Shou put the previous instant down to being in the moment. "To make up for a failure of the past, in my own mind. To do my part helping the land be united in peace under the banner, the symbol that I follow." Shou explained.
"So similar desires, different means." Shou added, wondering how the guy would reacted. If the man asked question, some he would be willing to answer and some he wouldn't. But Shou wouldn't feel bad, it seemed quite as clear the white demon had things he also wanted to hide just as much as he did.

Shou listened as the man explained himself a little and it was a nice idea. Shou didn't really agree with using fear to control people, because the bad people did the same. But sometime means could be justified by the end. "Well every symbol has a meaning, or a name. Maybe you should think of one. Cause Shiro-san isn't very fear inspiring. And in my head it's what you are quickly becoming." Shou suggested looking back over the people.
Some were becoming less wary, not because the demon garb wasn't off putting but because they were seeing Shou quite happily talking to the man if it didn't matter. "That's just my view. I call my horse Gokaze, the wordwid. To be a symbol to myself, that I will become the best at what I do." Shou revealed looking over to one of the building nearby where his horse was tied up.
