The water would evaporate, turning into nothing but masses of steam when they got close to his fire! He would successfully knock out the remaining men, and there was only one other man huddled in the corner! Before Yukimura could do anything about him though, a taller, more refined man would walk in, spear at the ready. Yukimura would recognize him as the former bandit chief that had previously defeated him, now a barkeep in Totomi. "Here we are, trying to leave our pasts behind us... and you come and try to kill all of my men. Who are you, anyway? Not like it matters..." Yamada Toshi pointed his spear towards Yukimura, "You're dead." As Toshi arrived, the last man would make his escape, running behind his chief and up towards the exit. (OOC: Toshi's stats: Str: 60 Dex 60 Con: 80 Wis: 50 Spr: 50 May or may not have a Musou)

As Kenji approached the left door, he would find himself pulled in by an unseen force, spitting him out on the other side. A veil of darkness would trap him there, much like the previous times. He would find himself in a very wide, very long, empty hall with nothing in it... except for a pedestal at the end, which held the Daimyo's treasure on top of it! Pretty convenient, huh?
(OOC: Left path began. You must bring the Daimyo's chest back to the entrance, avoiding traps and whatever else may pop up. You may be injured, but you may not be incapacitated by any trap or else you will fail. Post your new stats in your next post, as well as your first action. Good luck.)

Kenji would make it out of the maze, but not without tripping and hitting a bunch of things on the way! He was extra clumsy for some reason! The Daimyo's chest reaching the exit would cause him to get sucked out of the maze, sending him back to the entrance! Kenji was free to leave, or to attempt to try and run the last path!
(OOC: Right wing completed. SILVER awarded.)
You receive from Riders:
Rider's Greaves: These greaves are very tough, made of some of the finest steel around. The material on the bottoms provide stability and support in rocky situations. +6 Dex Power: As long as the wearer has both feet on the ground, they can not be knocked down or away.
Rider's Whip-Fist: The knuckles on these gauntlets are plated with spiked studs, adding an extra oomph to punches. But if you think that's awesome, just look at the power! +6 Str Power: The knuckles on these gloves can shoot out, a wire attached allowing it to be used as a whip. What's more, the blades on the knuckles can pierce through surfaces and stick, allowing them to be useful as a grappling hook, as well as to retrieve things from long distances.
Whip-Sword: This sword is incredibly sharp and strong. Though, in its whip form, it loses its sharpness, but hey, it BECOMES A WHIP. +6 Str +6 Dex
Power: Form change. This weapon can change from a whip to a sword basically on a whim.
Sakkaku is keeping one.
From chests: Souls of the Damned: These earrings are embedded with the Mon of Numa Castle.+6 Dex
Numa Armguards: These are nifty arm-guards! All I got. +6 Dex
Mask of Damned: This mask is blank and dark, making any who look at it feel empty and lost. +3 Str +3 Dex
Ring of the Damnged: It seems the souls of all who were slain by your hand are held within this ring. +3 Str +3 Con
Mark of Numa: Chest Add-On. The Mon of Numa is carved into the flesh through spiritual means. +3 Wis +3 Spr
Gem of Numa: This necklace bears the Mon of the Numa.+6 Wis

Kenji would successfully stab the Rider's head, ending its life! But before it died, it would slam down on his chest hard, hooks from his fists extending and clawing into Kenji's skin before it fell dead next to him! Ouch! But the Daimyo's chest was there, now all he had to do was retrace his steps!

Kenji would successfully sunder both whips, rendering them useless! However, he wouldn't get much more done than that before the Rider would kick Kenji back onto the floor, jumping on him and placing both of his knees on Kenji's arms to prevent him from swinging those swords! He would then proceed to punch the crap out of Kenji's face repeatedly! Owwie!

The Rider's arm would be sliced clean off, but his other fist would come in, smashing into Kenji's face hard, sending him to the floor! While he was down, the Rider would come up behind him and kick him in the ass as hard as he could, sending him flying forward! He would then reach down and pick up his severed arm, reattaching it as he cackled, producing both of his whip swords! He started to whip at the downed Kenji viciously!

The Rider would indeed charge, but as Kenji rolled, the bladed wheel would catch and stab into his shoulder! Ouch! It'd also drag him down the left path as the chariot rolled on, stopping conveniently in front of the Daimyo's chest! Quite lucky, if not for the fact that his shoulder was practically destroyed! The chariot disappeared, and the Rider stood to his full height before grabbing Kenji by the throat and slamming him against the wall!

Kenji would appear in what seemed to be a safe part of the maze. He had the option to go left or forward from where he appeared. However, the Rider would appear in front of him, blocking that path as he cackled! Kenji could continue to run or fight!

The Rider would appear behind Kenji once more, and Kenji would find himself at a dead end! Before him was one of those fancy teleporting vortexes! What would Kenji do?!

Kenji would run for what seemed like minutes! The path he took was long and had many twists and turns but was always a single path! After what seemed like forever, he would find himself at another turn, either to go right or to keep moving forward. The Rider's cackles seemed to have faded away into obscurity...

Kenji would find himself at the very beginning where he originally started! His only options were left, forward to where the spear wall was, or right! However, from the left path, he could hear the clattering of hooves! The Rider materialized and bore down on him quickly! Perhaps Kenji should just run!

Kenji would find a dead end! But another treasure chest! He was making out like a bandit! El bandito! And no sign of the Rider or any resistance!
If he continued forward from his original location, he would once again find a left or forward path. The forward one would turn into a left turn before going forward again.
(OOC: Also, can you keep track of how many treasure chests you have so far so I can properly reward you when the time comes?)

Kenji would have the option of going left or forward from his original position.
He could hear a mad but familiar cackling resonating through the maze, but he would have no idea where the source was, or even when it would show up, if at all. He was free to proceed as normal, but would do well to keep his guard up!
