Smash Recovery [Dungeon Open]

Exiting from the chamber, one of the first things Naotora noticed would be the group's new, demonic appearances. They all seemed as if they were soldiers of Izanami or Tsukuyomi, so she was scared to see her own appearance. Looking down at her arms, she noticed how pale she'd become, and her hair was... blond? How strange, she thought.

"It seems as though this armor does more than affect our our abilities," she muttered, tossing the chest to the center of the room, with the other one. She assumed they were going to clear this place out, so she, too, headed to the final door.

Stumbling out of the chamber, Iemasa would skin to a halt. Almost immediately he would notice how the group changed. All of the men looked as if they were demons, and then there was Naotora. The woman appeared as if she were the physical embodiment of Amaterasu, and it was a sight to behold.

"Funny how that ended up..." A side comment to himself, Iemasa headed over to the last door, seeing as the others were. Full-clear couldn't hurt.

[Ichimura Ryunosuke]

As Ryunosuke and the others went for the exit, he saw a lot of monsters chasing them, Fortunately they made it out of the door alive, and the door closed before any monster could cross it. "Now that was close, real close," Ryunosuke said to to the group. But while he was conversing with the group, he had noticed they had changed appearance after they wore the armor. It seemed that they have been appointed in place of the knights they had killed.

"Bloody hell, I would not want to go home with this appearance," he muttered, looking at his hands. But seeing the group hit the last door, he did the same.

[Oda Nobunaga]

[OoC: Right Wing begun. Objectives:
1) The team must make it through this maze and retrieve the Daimyo's treasure before time runs out.
2) You must not lose a team member to traps or enemies.
3) You must make it back to the entrance to be successful.]

Upon entering the maze, the group would be pulled in by yet another dark energy, and the path behind them was blocked off by another void of darkness. Here, they would see they had four paths to take:
1) The group could go straight, a short path that would have an immediate left.
2) They could go right, and take the first left they saw.
3) They could go right and proceed further down the path, and take a left that was far past the first.
4) At the very end of the right path, their was a strange, blue, swirling vortex covering the wall.

[Yamabara Shou]

Shou would be pulled inside the room like the first one, but kept his footing this time. Quickly he looked around the room they were in, blade in hand at the ready. The room split off into multiply paths. Shou would head towards the straight path, as with no path leading to the left it was the left most out of those available. 

"Follow the left wall, and go quick but together? Or split up?" Shou would ask, still remaining by the path he had chosen. Either way he planned to follow the left wall. It wasn't a guaranteed way of solving a collection of path. They could be designed to have it not work, but the means of solving those were not something someone was going to be doing in the head and on the fly. At least following the left wall would tell him what sort of maze this was.

If following the wall work, then it was a simple one all ways connecting to the other. If it didn't then they had started either in the middle or out side while the exit or end was in the other. That wasn't taking into account up or down, but as no path lead up and down that was highly unlikely so far but would immediately be obvious if it happened. 

[Kuroshi Maki]

As I still didn't spoke and seemed to be pushed into the room like any other. Not even having trouble staying up as it was weaker then before. Maybe it was the armor. I liked this new look as it would strike fear in the hearth of the weak. Seeing as Shou once again tried to lead us the way and choose a path. Did he forgot about the first room with all the traps?

I pushed him back before he stepped to far upon the path. I would slam my Guando in front of me upon the ground to see if there were any traps around this place like the first room. If it did reveal some I would draw my weapon back and waited for a plan. If it didn't reveal any I would push Shou forwards again.

[Kyoya Naotora]

Despite Shou and Maki going straight, Naotora would head immediately to the right. There were many options to choose, so she figured they were in a maze of sorts. Cover more ground, find the chest faster, get out of here faster, right? So, she would take the third path, going to the right and taking the second left. Her weapon was constantly at the ready, so whatever came, she was sure she'd be ready.

[Tokugawa Iemasa]

Iemasa observed the two men going together, and he noticed Naotora took off on her own. Shrugging, the officer would go all the way own the right path, checking out that strange vortex. Cautiously, he would poke it with his weapon. If it seemed safe, he'd step into it.

[Ichimura Ryunosuke]

Ryunosuke almost had seen this coming. Another dark vortex swept them into a room, or what should be said, a labyrinth. He passed through the vortex without any worries, landing on the ground feet first. Seeing the labyrinth, Ryunosuke thought, "What about we split ways so that we cover a lot more area?" But it had seemed that the others heard his thoughts. The bravo went with the courier boy towards the left, the woman going to the right and then the second left, and the other gunner going towards the glowing vortex. Seemed a plausible decision, since the courier boy had been wounded a number of times and needed back-up. Ryunosuke himself decided to take the right path, and took the first left he saw. "Let us see what we have here," he thought.

Shou/Maki: The two would find no traps as they went down the paths! They would find a couple turns, but eventually would hit a dead end! At the end of this path, there was a single treasure chest!

Naotora: Directly in front of the woman, as she made the turn, she would find a treasure chest! However, guarding it was a Stalker! It charged at her angrily, looking to rip her throat out!

Iemasa: The vortex appeared to be a portal! It pulled Iemasa through, and now he had another two paths to choose from! He could go straight, and he had an immediate right to take!

Ryunosuke: Taking the turn he did, he would have two paths, a right and a left! Before he could decide however, he would be kicked in the side, thrown to the left, and slammed into a wall! When he recovered, he would see a Rogue! It charged at him, blades forming from its forearms, intent on dismembering him!

[Yamabara Shou]

Maki was not only annoying as hell but it seemed kind of paranoid. Though Shou found amusing that the man had actively tried to protect him. Maybe the man was serious that nothing but he would kill him. Looking over his shoulder Shou would see everyone split off in different direction awnsering his question. Shou would continue on. And Maki and Shou would probably end up side by side. Both wanting to lead.

However it wasn't long a few twist and turns and they were already at a dead end with a chest in it. "Daggers don't really trigger pressure plates. After you." Shou would say with feinted politeness. Waving and hand out towards the chest. If the swordsman was that paranoid about traps. He could check the chest, Shou didn't mind given up going first if it was the smart thing to do.

[Kuroshi Maki]

As me and Shou walked the same path, how crazy it sounds they did. After a few turns we hit a dead end. it seems there was even a chest. Did we pick the right path from the beginning? Nobody seemed to follow us as they took different paths to find what we just found. Shou spoke and he made sense his daggers were just childsplay.

" Step back with those little daggers of yours. "

I would raise my Guando and smash it besides the chest on all sides on a distance I would hopefully stay clear if anything would go off. The first room made me nervous of traps. I didn't wanna end up in spikes.
If it was save I would open the chest

[Kyoya Naotora]

Upon seeing the enemy, Naotora would not hesitate striking for a single moment. She would whip her arm around in a circle, looking to crush the monster with every segment of her weapon. Just to be sure it was dead, she would smash it several times, before looting anything it had on its body, and then the chest.

If she was successful, and if there was any other path to take, she would take it.

[Tokugawa Iemasa]

For a moment, the officer was confused, and then he realized it was a portal of sorts! Stepping through it, Iemasa considered his options. Without much thought, he took the right path! If there were any more turns, he was going to take a left, just because, and if he couldn't go left, he would keep straight.

[Ichimura Ryunosuke]

"Argh, that hurts!" Ryunosuke shouted out after he was smashed and thrown into a wall like a rag doll by an unknown creature He then glanced at the creature and said, "Surprising me, eh? Well I would surprise you also!" He then would move backward and shoot the creature's head. But if for some reason it would live without its head, like those knights from before, he would shoot the creature on all parts of its body, while moving away from the creature.

[Oda Nobunaga]

Shou/Maki: There were no traps in the area, and Maki received a fancy new item! There was nowhere they could go from here, so it looked like they had to go back!

Naotora: The woman's superior strength and speed crushed the Stalker, though it managed to shoot out its tendrils and rip at her sides and thighs several times! The cuts seemed to burn profusely! She would retrieve an item from the Stalker and chest and feel a surge of power, and as she proceeded down the path, she would have two to choose from: an immediate right, and a further right! She had to act quick, as two more Stalkers rushed her from both paths!

Iemasa: Proceeding down the left path, Iemasa would happen upon a treasure chest! In front of that chest would be a Rogue!

Ryunosuke: Ryunosuke fired into its face and its head shot back as a distraction, and he was able to get off a very powerful shot through its chest! It fell on the floor, dead, and dropped some items! Ryunosuke had three paths to choose from: A blue vortex directly in front of him, a left path next to that vortex, or a path on his immediate left!

[Yamabara Shou]

Shou watched as Maki checked once more for trap and supring Shou found none. Well they had been lucky, maybe this maze wasn't as deadly as the two chamber before it, slightly disappointing plus Maki had already laid claim to whatever he had found. Shou wished he had checked now, if it was more of this armour, it's power almost made up for it demonic appearance. 

"Well guess we have to go back and find the others." Shou said heading back the way they came. Eventaully when Shou came back he would go to the next path. "Shall we, or do you feel like going after one of the others." Shou would ask once the reached the first turning left of the right path.

[Kuroshi Maki]

No traps? well that was good. I even obtained a new item. To bad for Shou, but there was only one. Walking back not saying a thing but still walking in a way to dodge a trap may it happen one would pop out on the way back. As we arrived in the beginning Shou already had a new road chosen well why not. So far we have been lucky in this maze.

" I''ll lead, you cover the back. "

It wasn't a suggestion it was more of a order. ordering Shou to step back again i would spin the weapon around slamming it with every step I make to see if there no traps beside us or in front of us.

[Kyoya Naotora]

The surge of power was surprising, but it was also something that she yearned for more of. As the Stalkers rushed her, the woman whipped her ball-and-chain around ferociously, looking to crush them to pieces, and she would not stop swinging until they were dead.

If she managed to kill them, she would take whatever useful items they dropped before taking the path directly in front of her.

[Tokugawa Iemasa]

Upon seeing the monster in front of the chest, Iemasa frowned. He would raise his new weapon in his hand and begin unloading his bullets into its weak spots, looking to kill it instantly and avoid hitting anything that looked armored. If the bullets didn't kill it, he would rush toward it and stab it through its chest and rip the blade out!

If he was successful, he would take the treasure, whatever the Stalker dropped, and go back the way he came, opting to take the other path he missed instead!

[Ichimura Ryunosuke]

Ryunosuke fired his pistol at the head of the creature, but it did not seem to affect the creature, "Maybe I need to fire on everything on his body then," he thought as he discharged a bullet towards the creature's chest. This did seem to affect the creature, which collapsed following that shot.

"...All right, that was quick," he thought as he took what the creature dropped, walked forward, and took the first left he saw. But he kept alert of his surroundings though. This maze is swarming with monsters.

Shou/Maki/Ryu: The three would meet up once again! Shou and Maki would see Ryu heading down a path, and down that path, Ryunosuke would find a portal and a left turn! Maki and Shou would see Ryunosuke's path, a portal on their right, or a path to their left! There were no obstacles!

Naotora: In one fell swoop, the woman slayed the Stalkers, and took their armor! Taking the path she chose, she would find a treasure chest, and no obstructions!

Iemasa: The man defeated the Rogue swiftly, taking its armor and what was in the chest! He would feel a surge of strength, and upon taking the next path, he would discover it turned to the left, and there was a treasure chest directly in front of him! If he proceeded down the path, he would find there was a fork: he could go left or right!
