Sho is incredibly tall for a Japanese man, and has quite the intimidating stature. He has a pretty muscular build, but is not so huge as to just look like a large brute. The man is closer to medium-build, if not a little on the larger size,and he has a large package. Lololololooool!
Ahem. Anyway... The mercenary is nearly always adorned in black, typically black hakama and loose kimonos exposing his chest (although he was given Western clothes, and is sometimes seen in black pants, tight shirts, and wearing a leather jacket) and with his ebony hair it is often hard to see him in the dark or at night, which is his favorite time of day. He typically wears Western leather gloves and has on numerous rings, making his punch all that more potent.
He is quite handsome and has attractive features, and Sho not only knows this but takes full advantage of it. It is rare to see him without a smile, and his lids are often drooped, nonchalant, if not filled with warmth and lust, depending on who he is around.
What is most noticeable about the man, besides his height, are his eyes, which are a peculiar crimson in colour. His family was never sure as to why his eyes were this way, but they seem to glow at times and are the colour of blood. What is also unusual about him is that, unlike other samurais, his hair is cut short, finding that long hair can easily get in the way and be used against him in fights.
Personality:
Sadistic: Ever since Sho can remember, he has loved inflicting pain upon others. Whether the subject of his "affections" are animals, people, men, women, children... it doesn't matter. When he kills, this man is especially cruel, and will have his way with his victims. If he is able, the deaths will be slow and painful. But, if he has a large quantity of people to kill, he will happily go on a massacre as though it were a parade, with a cheerful and sick smile tugging at the corners of his lips.
If he has a job to slaughter a village leader, Sho may very well pillage, rape, and kill the villagers. Sho simply thoroughly enjoys killing, and when he can get paid for it then all the better.
His sadism can also leak into the bedroom, and he is known to get rough and even pretty twisted at times. Whether you like it or not doesn't particularly matter to him, as he thoroughly enjoys having power over others.
Charismatic: Despite his sadistic streak, he is generally pretty good at hiding that side, and comes across as friendly, trustworthy, carefree, and kind much of the time, and is very good at conversation. Sho is incredibly charming; his smile is infectious and Sho is prone to laughter and cracking jokes. He often draws others to him and seems like a pretty good guy on the outside.
Think of men like Ted Bundy.
Greedy: If he wants something (or if someone he cares for/loves wants something), he will take it by force. Sho is drawn towards expensive items and has no problem taking what he feels is his (and he can feel like he is entitled to things he truly isn't.) Rings, gold, fine wines and clothes, and various riches attract him, and he wears and consumes them when he can, and Sho envies the wealthy. Because of this, there are times he will seduce and work for the rich, just to be in such a nice setting. When he kills, Sho will loot everything of worth and can be prone to hording, locking his things up at various places he has set up. He can also feel greed for others, and enjoys searching for things to possibly please those he may hold a fondness for.
Lustful: He is definitely a ladies man, led by lust and wanton desire; Sho is pretty much like a Casanova, doing whatever he may need to in order to attract whoever has captured his attention. If that means being a charming gentleman, a crude badboy, or whatever, he will be a chameleon and turn into whatever he needs to in order to satisfy his ever-present lust. Except no is never an acceptable answer.
If it is beneficial for him in some way, Sho may go for men (such as to live richly and comfortable, tying in with his greed), but women are who he is truly most attracted to.

By the age of five, he was removing the wings and legs of insects and small animals, and by seven he was torturing and killing animals like dogs and cats. His siblings, specifically his four sisters and younger brother, were particularly fearful of their brother, especially as he grew older and much bigger. Behind closed doors, Sho was prone to physical and emotional bullying and would threaten his siblings if they told their parents. But, of course, whenever he was around the adults in his family, he acted like the perfect son of a samurai. He learned to fit in and be “good” because once he was caught hitting his younger sister, Yuki, and his parents had punished him. From then on, they never caught Sho, the boy making sure of it.
At seven, his father put Sho in classes for martial arts and swordplay, and this only made the boy more dangerous, and caused his siblings to be more fearful, as he would often practice his newly learned techniques on them. He was the best in his classes and was praised by his senseis and parents, which only further fed his ego.
When hormones kicked in, Sho only grew worse. By thirteen, he was having sex, having a relationship with a woman much older, his dojo master's wife, in fact. With his size, most believed he was older, although this woman knew better and didn't particularly care. After being away for two years, his remaining siblings in the household had changed, and his focus was directed on his twelve-year-old sibling, Sayuri. She had developed early, and was quite beautiful, and his attention moved solely on her, as he had little time to spend outside of the home like he had before. When he wasn't fighting or guarding to make money, training, and the other family members were gone or busy, he would drag Sayuri to secluded areas outside of the home and both physically and sexually abused his sister. He made sure none of her injuries were visible and threatened her life so she wouldn't tell, and she never did. This went on for four years and Sayuri eventually stopped fighting, and acted compliant, and, while still abusive, he was also sometimes “tender” and would tell his little sister he loved her.
At twenty-one, Sho's younger brother, Jiro, came of age and, with the help from the eldest of the child, they took over financing the rest of the family. This left Sho free to go off on his own, which his mother suggested would be good for him. He has been fighting, killing, and indulging himself for the last three years, sending gifts every so often to his old dojo master's wife and his sister, Sayuricreepy fucker. Making a name for himself, he has come to work for some wealthier people, and he has done some rather lewd and even unsavory things to be in some of the wealthier families graces (such as satisfying some with fetishes and certain tastes, either himself or by bringing them what they want, or even killed those that may have threatened their positions.)
