Personality: A shrewd yet masterful strategist, Masayuki often gloats about his superior intellect. Though he's proud of his son's prowess, Masayuki doesn't completely accept all of Yukimura's methods, such as depending on ninjas.

History: The third son of Sanada Yukitaka, along with his father and brothers, Masayuki serves under Lord Takeda Shingen. When he was seven years old, he was sent to the Takeda clan's headquarters in Kai as a hostage. There he became part of the Okukinjūshū, a group of six young servants close to Shingen, whom favored him as he recognized that Masayuki's talents and insight rivaled those of his father Yukitaka. After rising quickly through the ranks, Masayuki was soon appointed a General and one of the Six Wise Protectors, six men allowed to personally defend and accompany Shingen at any time, and is completely loyal to Lord Shingen.

Musou: Masayuki is able to control the very earth itself, allowing him to shape and manipulate elements derived from the Earth, such as rock, dirt, some metals, as well as create localized earthquakes.

Personality: Nobushige is a man who values duty above all else. He possesses unforeseen bravery even when he's faced with overwhelming odds or family from the enemy side. He highly respects and supports his older brother, and is well-known for his strategic insight and wisdom. A true warrior at heart, he believes every man's worth -including his own- can only be seen in the battlefield.

History: The younger brother of Takeda Shingen, he was originally favored to succeed as the next head of the family, but supported his brother's rebellion against their father. Though his older brother successfully becoming the head of the Takeda clan, Nobushige nevertheless fought alongside Shingen, quickly rising through the ranks and was soon appointed a General and one of the Twenty-Four Generals. Shingen relying on Nobushige for support, in turn, Nobushige is completely loyal to his older brother and fights unwaveringly under his banner, hoping the same of his sons to their uncle.

Musou: Nobushige is able to naturally generate and control electricity, allowing him to shape and manipulate electricity of various intensities, as well as call down lightning from the sky.

Appearance:

Personality: Impetuous and aggressive, Katsuyori is hot-headed and tries to prove his family heritage. Despite this though, he is an experienced general with accomplishments made early in his career, and desperately tries to protect the Takeda name and lead his men with integrity.

History: The fifth son of Takeda Shingen and his successor, he succeeded to his mother's Suwa clan and gained Takatō Castle as the seat of his domain. After his elder brother Takeda Yoshinobu died, Katsuyori became the heir, and quickly rose through the ranks of his father's army, eventually appointed a General under his father. Though his temper gets the better of him, Katsuyori is loyal to his father, and unwaveringly fights under his banner.

Musou: Katsuyori can control water in its various phases. He can solidify, manipulate, and bend liquid substances, allowing him to move and shape a body of water to his desire: lifting, parting or otherwise manipulating its form and density.

Appearance:

Personality: Because she grew up as a kunoichi, Chiyome has a strong sense of responsibility along with a brave heart. Although she can be compassionate, she has a bit of a no-nonsense attitude. Chiyome has great pride in being a kunoichi. Being independent and tough by nature, she does not like people helping her, and takes pride in her fighting and information gathering skills. Chiyome thinks each matter through calmly and grasps situations logically. Her words and actions are efficient and accurate and she always comes up with quick solutions. She is extremely protective and supportive of Yukimura, treating him like a little brother, despite being the same age as him.

History: The daughter to one of the fifty-three clans of Koga, the Mochizuki family and Shingen's greatest ally for creating a network of intelligence gathering kunoichi, Shingen appointed her as the head priestess of a shrine, which doubled as a dojo for future kunoichi. Chiyojo taught 200-300 women her family's version of Koga ninjutsu, and students were able to disguise themselves as traveling priestesses and secretly gathered information for Shingen. Incredibly loyal to Shingen, she serves under him and does all she can to aid him and Yukimura.

Musou: Chiyome is able to control wind, allowing her to shape and manipulate air, using it as an invisible and versatile weapon that is very difficult to block and dodge, as the air she controls cannot be seen by conventional methods.

Appearance:

Personality: Lazy and aloof, Sasuke always coolly stands by his master Yukimura and aids him whenever possible. He is sneaky, cunning, and laid back but has a big sense of responsibility when necessary. He has a friendly rivalry with Kasuga, the ninja in service to Uesugi Kenshin, though the latter doesn't look at it that way. He also has a crush on her but refuses to reveal to her his true hidden feelings.

History: A ninja in service to Sanada Yukimura, and thus also to Takeda Shingen, Sasuke learned ninjutsu at Kouga – Tozawa Hakuunsai. He was an orphan adopted and brought up by monkeys, granting him monkey-like agility and speed, especially when climbing trees. Quickly rising through the ranks in the Sanada clan, Yukimura eventually appointed Sasuke captain of the Sanada Ten Braves, aiding his Master as much as he can.

Musou: Sasuke has the ability to control shadows, allowing him to shape and manipulate darkness and shadows and cloud everything into total darkness, or allow him to teleport massive distances via shadows.
