Let's Make It Shinrai Castle [Dungeon|Closed]

Sagi would be able to melt down the bastard knight! But before he got away, it exploded in a wave of darkness, ramming the two into the walls! Damn, that sucks!

After taking whatever he chose to take, Sagi and Sakkaku would be able to proceed down the other path, though it'd be hard! They could go straight, or go left into a dead-end with a chest, but it was probably smart to stick together, huh?

Sagi and Sakkaku afflicted with: Dark Poison
For three rounds, the two will take damage equal to 12 Str to their base Con.

Once he crashed into the wall, Sagi immediately fell to his knees and threw up all over the floor. Whatever this pain was, it was powerful, but he couldn't let it get to him too much. If he fell here, he'd be failing his brother, and he'd never let that happen. Never!

"Fuck... this... place..." he managed, struggling to his feet. As they got to the fork, Sagi would lead the way, staying very close to his brother. Both elemental weapons he wielded were in either hand, and if anything came at him, he'd blow it away and catch it on fucking fire.

Hitting the wall and falling to the floor, Sakkaku did not throw up as Sagi did, as he was a bit physically tougher, but felt incredibly nauseous and wished that he did throw up. Using the wall to support himself, he would follow behind Sagi closely, chain held tightly. The dark was eating away at his insides, and he hoped nothing would come out and strike at them, for his vision was blurry and he felt his reflexes would be rather stunted.

"B-brother... are you... okay...?"

There would be a chest in the room, but no enemies, luckily! However, the darkness was still taking a sort of toll on the two!

They could proceed down the rest of the path, where it seemed there were three other paths, each with treasure chests!

Taking the item in his hands, Sagi would proceed down the path, turning to his brother for support. It seemed they were both in terrible condition.

"I'm... fine, Brother... We'll get through this."

He tried to make himself sound stronger, but it was incredibly difficult. When it came to the three paths, he would take the closest one, staves still at the ready, though he would allow Sakkaku to take the next chest.

Gritting his teeth, Sakkaku would hurry along the best he can, making sure not to let his brother out of his sight. If any beasts showed up, he'd have to back his brother up the best that he could. He'd follow Sagi along the closest path, and if nothing went wrong, he would loot this next chest.

Again, there were no more monsters! Sakkaku would be able to take his chest with no problems, and there were still two more paths before they could go back to the main one!

Sagi was unbelievably glad there were no enemies, and would lead Sakkaku back to the other paths, taking the one that was closest once again. Even though he was so weary, he kept his weapons at the ready.

Two more chests, meant one for each of them.

Sakkaku trudged along wearily, gritting his teeth from the pain. He was leaning along the wall for the most part. Each trinket made him feel stronger, but this damned pain was nothing to scoff at. He kept his weapon at the ready as he closed the distance between Sagi and himself again.

Again, no trouble! And the dark poison wore off! Woohoo! Sagi and Sakkaku would get their chests with no issues! They could get back on the main path, and with little walking, would find the Daimyo Chest!

Finally feeling better, Sagi would grin, taking all he could before heading to the Daimyo chest. Unless Sakkaku wanted to, he would take it, then go down the paths he remembered leading to entrance. They'd get home scott-free!

Sakkaku was relieved as the effects of the poison wore off, feeling a lot better now. Taking a deep breath and trying to relax, he would follow along Sagi. His chain would be ready to lash at anything that could pose a threat, but he hoped they would make it to the entrance with no issues.

As Sagi and Sakkaku took the chest and ran toward the entrance to the maze, they would face little resistance! Going through the entrance, the entire maze collapsed behind them, and every monster left inside shrieked in pain! The moment they left it, a whirlwind of darkness shut at the doorway, forming a steel door, with imprints of hands and faces of souls long departed.

[OoC: Right Chamber complete. PLATINUM awarded. Use next round to decide if you want to keep going. Daimyo chests remain locked until the dungeon is completed. If you will be continuing, re-lock your stats to account for loot gained in the maze in your next post.

Rogue's Exoskeleton: Any Slot Add-On. The armor of the Rogue seems to be quite durable, and fits your frame amazingly! +5 Dex +4 Con

2x Stalker's Plated Ribs: Chest Add-On. The ribs of the Stalker, these provide incredible protection due to the fact they are made of Numa's dark-steel. +3 Str +3 Dex +3 Con

Souls of the Damned: These earrings are embedded with the Mon of Numa Castle.+6 Dex
Jem of Numa: This necklace bears the Mon of the Numa.+6 Wis
Ring of Numa: Within this ring, the souls of the dead of Numa are kept. +3 Wis +3 Dex
Garb of Numa: This kimono is embroidered with a design resembling decay and sorrow. +3 Wis +3 Dex
Numa Armguards: These are nifty arm-guards! All I got. +6 Dex
Mask of Damned: This mask is blank and dark, making any who look at it feel empty and lost. +3 Str +3 Dex
Ring of the Damnged: It seems the souls of all who were slain by your hand are held within this ring. +3 Str +3 Con
Mark of Numa: Chest Add-On. The Mon of Numa is carved into the flesh through spiritual means. +3 Wis +3 Spr

Sagi Receives:
Dark Mage's Trousers: These wonderful, comfortable trousers are perfect for any who deal in magic! Despite how soft they are, it's almost like blades can't cut through them! +3 Wis +3 Spr
Power: Elemental attacks are amplified. The user's total Spr stat is added on top of whatever elemental attacks they utilize, increasing range and effectiveness.

Dark Mage's Staff: This is quite an awesome staff, being incredibly sturdy and fit for the pyromaniac! Deals damage equal to 1/2 the user's Spr stat.
Power: Deals fire attacks. Fire bolts, fire balls, walls of fire, you name it. FIUH.

Sakkaku Receives:
Dark Knight's Greaves: Made of dark-steel, these greaves seem to give the wearer full protection for their lower-legs and feet, while also giving them an invigorating sense of speed. +6 Dex
Power: These greaves give the wearer the ability to jump unreasonably far and high.

Assassin's Blades: Two-hand. These gauntlets fit neatly on the hands, and are quite durable. There is a blade that runs the length of the forearm, that can be retracted at any time. +6 Str +6 Dex
Power: These blades can pierce almost anything.]

As the maze shut behind the two, Sagi felt incredibly more powerful! Like he could take on anything! He would set the chest down with the other one, and his enthusiasm was incredibly apparent.

"Brother!" He exclaimed, clearly satisfied with their progress. "There is one single chamber left. Shall we continue?"

Sakkaku made sure everything he found was equipped, feeling the power that surged through him to be very amazing. His injuries from before felt insignificant, and he was ready for whatever the last path had to offer.

"Of course, brother. If we've gotten this powerful, imagine what the last chamber has in store for us."

Sakkaku would walk towards the middle chamber, pushing the door open if Sagi had no objections.

As the two approached the middle chamber, they would be pulled inside the room once again, and it would seal off behind them like before. Only, this time, they were greeted by a stench of death and decay.

Fifteen undead Samurai would stand to their feet as they entered, and they would see a chest at the opposite end of the incredibly large chamber.

Undead Stats:
Str: 15
Dex: 10
Con: 11
Wis: 9
Spr: 5

By now, Sagi was used to the darkness pulling him in, and would be ready when he saw what was in front of himself. The stench was disgusting, but he would be able to get over it. Taking his fire staff in one hand and his war fan in the other, Sagi would swing them both in front of himself, aiming to create a fiery whirlwind in front of himself and his brother, that would envelop and defeat all of the undead they faced in one move.

Sakkaku was not surprised by the darkness pulling them in, though the dead rising was surely quite the shock. Regardless, he was ready, and if Sagi's flaming tornado did not finish the enemies off, he would swing his chain in a horizontal arc planning on exploding whatever still remained.

Sakkaku would not need to react! Sagi's fiery tornado destroyed the undead in a matter of moments! They collapsed with shrieks, and now the chest across the room was open to them!
