It was really too soon for Shou to be up. He knew it but he ignored it, being cooped up back at the camp, healing just wasn’t something that he could do. It had taken some effort for him to slip away. Since their run in with Uesugi forces, Yamada had been keeping a watchful eye over him. Wanting to insure that Shou recover from the injury he had sustained in their escape. However Shou knew that while he hadn’t fully recovered, being up and about was not going to reopen his side. He probably slow the healing, make the pain last longer, but doubted he would do himself anymore permanent harm from doing so.
It wasn’t a long trip away that Shou would find himself in a bustling little village not far from where he had been recovering. People going about their business, and a bustling series of traders making the most of the large villages populous. Trying to move down the street, Shou was starting to regret having decided to come out here. While people were polite and tried to avoid bumping into each other when they could. It wasn’t always possible. The occasional bumping of people was seriously annoying him. His side complaining at the jolting.
Pushing his annoyance down Shou would continue to browse. Planning to spend what little he had on maybe a few luxuries not normally found in camp. However another person would hit him, harder then before, and while Shou had no way of seeing if it had been their fault, pain tipped him over the edge for a brief second. Turning one hand clutching his side, his other tensing in anger. “Would you watch it!” Shou would snap briefly, momentary hostility that he didn’t really like of himself, getting the best of him.
