A Linear Sequence of Scares [Closed | Dungeon]

[Gabriella Santos]

Gabriella wasn't shocked when suddenly more creatures appeared as the other women went to take the chest. Orbs of darkness becoming strange two legged creatures while along the walls, humanoid monsters crawled along them. Backing off she would the other get knocked to the floor. While assisting them seemed smart they would soon be completely overwhelmed if the other monsters reached them. 

Turning and raising her gun in her hand she fired at one of the creature lining the wall, while backing off from the ones already nearby, hoping that the two melee fighters would be able to recover enough to fight them off. Reloading and firing she would try and head-shot as many of the creatures climbing along one of the walls as quickly as she could so that they were not going to be flanked from both sides by the crawlers as well.

Haruyuki's blades would hold the Creature off long enough for Brandt to swing his Crawler at it! Both enemies ended up smushed against the wall, dead! However, this time it was Brandt's turn to be pinned down by a Creature, it was trying the same thing that almost happened to Haruyuki!

Gabriella's gun would show massive results! She was able to take out 4 of the Creatures before they could even get near the group! Additionally, she was still completely safe!

[Katsurayama Haruyuki]

Haruyuki managed to hold off the creature's neck with his swords, sparing him from its jaws that wanted to tear him apart. The struggle continued until Brandt swung his sword towards the creature that Haruyuki desperately tried to shield himself from, making it unable to move again. But as Haruyuki got up, he saw his savior pinned down by another creature, trying to do what the other creature might have done to Haruyuki. With a forced exhalation, Haruyuki would charge forward towards the creature that pinned Brandt, slashing it with his swords towards its neck, hoping to decapitate it. If it does not decapitate the creature with one swing, he would give it multiple swings until its head rolls down the floor severed from its body. He them would charge towards the group of undead that might be harassing the gunner, helping her to make more free hits.

[Brandt Solveig]

Brandt was successful in cleaving the crawler off Haruyuki, but at the cost of his own safety. However as he fell to the ground he would manuver his sword to rest across his chest flat with one hand on the underside to push up from the bottem to brace against the monster pinning him, pushing up to keep him away and to help Haruyuki have a better shot at taking him out.

If Haruyuki managed to finish it off, the giant would roll its corpse off him and get up o to his feet. While Haruyuki would move back to defend the gunner, Brandt would roar out as he jumped toward the crawlers throwjng himself and his massive sword into a whirlwind of destruction aimed at finishing off the last of them.

Spinning on the spot having dealt with most of the creatures on one wall, Gabriella would see that the situation for the melee fighters had seemingly switched. As her gun passed by she would crack off a shot at one of the crawlers not pinning the man to the floor, as the other women was in a better position to help him. She didn't want to fire at the creature on the man only to have him move in the way while trying to escape it. Continuing the path of her aim, then reloading, she would start to fire at the creatures on the other wall. Hoping to thin out the numbers, as she had done with the first wall. Keeping one eye out on the last of those on the first wall , so as not to be taken by surprise from the other side.

Haruyuki would successfully slay the creature that had been pinning Brandt down, as he held it away long enough for him to do the necessary deed! In addition, he would manage to intercept a creature that was coming at Gabriella from behind! The creature stood its ground, staring Haruyuki down!

Brandt would successfully annihilate every Crawler with his vicious swinging! However, at the end of his strike, he was left open to yet another Creature tackling him to the ground! It planned to finish the job that his brethren had failed, aiming to try and slice his face open!

Gabriella would have no luck whatsoever! Haruyuki successfully stopped one Creature from getting to her, but that still left two of them! They would ram into the girl's stomach and send her backwards, before they dug their claws into her legs and began to drag her around the room on her back! Ouch!

[Brandt Solveig]

Brandt's face suffer a gash as a different creature lunged at him and brought.hkm to the ground. Gritting his teeth from the pain, the nord would think quickly before he suffered a worse fate. Twisting his right, Brandt would move his fist as close to the creature as he could before he would unleash a burst of five bolts into it in hopes of slaying it.

If he was successful, he would make it to his feet and cast a glance around to see one of the girls being dragged around the room. Lifting his right arm again, the viking would launch a series of bolts, leading the creature so that his chance of hitting thr girl was slimmer

[Katsurayama Haruyuki]

Haruyuki managed to intercept one of the creatures as it attempted to get a hit on the gunner. The creature then stared at him as if he stole its food. Seeing that the creature must be finished before anything else, he would swing his katana towards the neck of the creature, hoping to kill it. He had to do it before the gunner gets massacred by her two enemies. After the creature was killed, he would move towards the gunner woman, taking out those who would try to rip her apart.

Nerves in being so close to combat was obviously messing with her aim as she managed to miss hitting the creature that she fired at. Out of nowhere the other women distracted one of the creature that had been about to attack he. "Than..." She started to say, but was cut off, as another two knocked her to the floor grabbing her legs painfully. Before starting to drag her around.



More pain filled her as being dragged about on the floor knocked her bad arm, something she really didn't like. Pulling her gun up with a scream she would fire at the head of one of the creatures on her leg. Hopefully freeing herself from the monster, before using her now free leg to kick at the other to knock it off, while she reloaded. Either way if the kick worked or not she would fire at the creature, before trying to get back to her feet. Being on the floor was not a good idea.

Brandt would succeed in slaying the Creature on his face, the monster unable to dodge at such close proximity! However, he would completely miss as Gabriella was dragged off!

Haruyuki's blade would get caught in the flesh of the monster, and it wasn't enough to finish it! The beast pulled Haruyuki close via the blade, clawing at his stomach and wounding him!

Gabriella would be able to shoot and kill both of the Creatures dragging her around the room, causing her to skid to a halt! She was in a lot of pain, but she was safe now!

[Katsurayama Haruyuki]

Haruyuki least expected that his slice would get the katana on his right hand stuck to the creature's body. What's more, the fiend pulled him and gave him a wound on his stomach. Seeing that was the case, he would swing his katana on his left hand towards the left, to a bone of the creature, so that he could free the sword on his right hand from the enemy. He would then swing the katana on his right hand towards the wound that he had made on the creature, to cleave it in halves. But if one slash is not enough, he would deal multiple slashes so that the creature would not go back up.

[Brandt Solveig]

Brandt had successfully saved himself,.but he nor Haruyuki were successful in saving the girl from the creature that dragged her around. Lucky she managed to save herself, which would allow Brandt to focus upon the last of the creatures. Which he would then choose to lunge toward the closest creature and force his sword forward in an attempt to impale it with his blade.

If Brandt was successful, he would lift the corpse or half alive creature up, before turning to locate the next and trying to fling the body from his blade like a projectile toward the next creature. These things were vicious, but Brandt would not travel to Valhalla this day. He had much more fighting left to do.in this world, before the next.

Forcing herself to her feet was a struggle. The pain in her legs making it harder to do so. Reloading her gun once back on her feet. Breathing heavily due to the hurting legs, she wouldn't move to attack the remaining creature. Trusting the other two do so, in order to keep her gun loaded and read for if more appear. Looking down at her legs, she notice her clothes where slashed and slightly covered in blood from both the creatures, and where their claws had crushed her legs and cut them up. While it hurt, the bleeding wasn't as bad as it could have been. It was mostly in one place on her legs, and would be reasonably easy to treat once they had reached some form of safety. Bending down she would tear at the already slashed clothes with one arm. Awkwardly starting to tie her wounds close. Annoyed at the breeze of her now bare lower legs.

The creature would be deader than dead! Woo! They seemed to be completely safe... for now! Nothing else was in the room, and it looked like they could just exit...

[Katsurayama Haruyuki]

Haruyuki was glad it was all over, but his gut is telling him that it was not finished yet. Though he had sheathed his swords, he was not going away from battle but preparing for a larger one, and the swords being sheathed was the thing he needed the most. He stood there, keeping guard on the gunner lady.

[Brandt Solveig]

"I'll take lead.."

The Nords rough voice sounded out as he continued to hold his sword at the ready. This place certainly wasnt a let down yet. These creatures needed to be put back to rest. They had suffered for far too long. He and his companions would continue on, he was sure. Taking the lead, the giant would cautiously move toward their next destination. Brandt was bound and determined to see this through.

Gabriella would finish off tying her wound, looking up at the two other fighters seemingly getting read for more trouble. She personally would have like to escape, to have bit more of a break then she suspected they would get. However it seemed she was out voted as it were. 

Ready once more, still slightly worried. She pulled her gun to the ready to continue fighting.
