Operation Hard-boiled (Ryu, Tak, and Kenji)

Suddenly, from all around them, loud booms could be heard. A ton of bandits had surrounded the village, beginning to fire cannons into the village! While Takehiro's darkness was powerful, it was mighty thin, and it wouldn't stop all of the cannonballs from making it in.

"We will not fail! Prepare to die, Demon of Totomi!" They would hear the bandits shouting, smart enough to not approach the darkness themselves.

Rather than just sit and let the shroud take all of the damage for as long as it could, Takehiro opted to return fire. Spikes would begin to form on the shroud, and all cannon fire that could be held by it would be. From there, Takehiro would shoot the blanket of darkness outward, looking to impale, crush, and poison all foes outside of it.
