Takehiro would find himself pulled into a vortex, eeriely similar to when Izanami had pulled him in before. He found himself in a barren wasteland this time, but something was strange. Surrounding him were various occurances of weather. In the distance on one side, he could see a storm. On another, a hurricane. Elsewhere, he could see blizzards, sunny days, or rain. It showed he wasn't in a normal place.

Bishamonten would speak straight into his mind. "You have been chosen to be a disciple to the God of War." With that, various enemies would start to pour in from all the different areas, charging towards Takehiro.

Task: You are charged with defeating 20 opponents with set stats. There will be no breaks or respite. Utilize your abilities to the fullest in order to win. If incapacitated, you will instantly fail the trial and must start over. Lock your stats in your first post. Enemies all have a base stat of 30 straight across for the first Trial.

Takehiro was pulled into yet another strange world, and he frowned, having been interrupted from what he was previously doing, which happened to be handling a job. Cursing, he would look around, after hearing the voice in his head. First, he was chosen by the Goddess of Death, and now he was being chosen by the God of War? What did that say about him as a person?

"If Izanami couldn't take me down, what makes you think this'll be any different, buddy?"

The mercenary grinned as the onslaught of warriors charged him, and he drew his glaive, the Brand of Kagu-tsuchi. He would wait where he stood, and as they drew near him, he would sweep it around himself in a circle, looking to take out anyone who dream near immediately.

[Uesugi Kenshin]

Takehiro's strike would take out seven of the soldiers advancing upon him. The others barely managed to back away in time, before attempting to strike at him the moment his attack ended. Swords raised, they would stab at his face, neck, shoulders, and chest.

[Amakusa Takehiro]

Takehiro would bring his glaive in, shooting out a wave of dark energy from all around him to knock the group back before their weapons could reach him! From there, he would impale one in the chest and swing the body at the group, before thrusting his fiery glaive at them like mad to put the group on the defensive!

[Uesugi Kenshin]

Takehiro would successfully knock the enemies back with darkness, because his stats outclassed them in every way! His blade impaled one of them, and his swinging them at the group killed another two due to the force! His thrusting killed another three while the rest backed away in fear! Seven more to go!

Three more attempted to circle behind Takehiro, stabbing at him with their swords, while a fourth stood behind them and fired an arrow for his throat!

Takehiro would launch his explosive whip-fists at the warriors in front of him, looking to destroy their heads in a single strike! His doppelganger would shoot out from behind him, taking each of the hits itself but not faltering simply because it was made of pure energy! It would blast them back with a wave of darkness, before Takehiro leaped over it and impaled one of the three men, launched himself forward and took the other two by the head, and slammed their skulls into the ground. From there, he would aim his whip-fist at the last man and wrap it around his neck, tugging on it to snap it and kill the man in a single moment.

Takehiro successfully beat all the enemies down in style! Bishamonten stared dumbstruck from another realm. Takehiro had blazed through the first of his trials with untold of ease! "Ahem... I, uh... I will call on you another time when I feel you're ready..."

Bishamonten Trial II
Amakusa Takehiro would once again find himself pulled into the realm of Bishamonten. The scenery was nothing new to him, however, Bishamonten seemed confident that this time, he would test Takehiro's mettle.

"Let's see how well you fare this time, boy."

Task: You are charged with defeating 30 opponents with set stats. There will be no breaks or respite. Utilize your abilities to the fullest in order to win. If incapacitated, you will instantly fail the trial and must start over. Lock your stats in your first post. Enemies all have a base stat of 35 straight across for the second Trial.

Being pulled, once again, into the realm Bishamonten brought him to, Takehiro could not help but sigh. The previous trial was a cakewalk, not even close to the trouble Izanami gave him so long ago. But, because of what that bitch did to him, he was growing as a warrior, and he was intent on showing this to Bishamonten.

"Do your worst, God!"

With a roar, Takehiro lunged forward, launching his whipfist out toward the crowd of enemies. Once it would make contact, he would rip it to the side, looking to knock over a bunch of them, before running up to cleave off their heads.

(OOC: Can I just say you pass, because seriously...)

Bishamonten was watching, jaw-dropped, as Takehiro just smashed right into his group. The ensuing explosion took out six men, while Takehiro's next attack took out 5 more, and the cleaving took out another three.

"What in Susano'o... Get him!"

The remaining soldiers would rush at Takehiro, planning on overrunning him with their superior numbers, planning on impaling him anywhere they could reach!

[Amakusa Takehiro]

With only sixteen opponents left, Takehiro simply smirked. As the group rushed him, he would pull a similar maneuver as the one he did before, blasting out a wave of darkness to knock the men back! As they would fly away, he would wrap tendrils around their legs and slam them into the ground repeatedly, and if that wouldn't kill them, he would quickly begin to cleave their heads off!

[Uesugi Kenshin]

Takehiro's constant smashing with darkness and unnecessary cleaving would take out another fifteen opponents. One soldier would survive, getting to his feet and panicking, but charging Takehiro with his weapon, ready to slash his head. "FOR BISHAMONTEN!"

Takehiro sighed, blocking the blade with his gauntlets. He would deflect it, throwing the man off balance, before slamming an explosive fist into his face.

"How many powerless men with this God of War throw at me?"

And for what purpose?

[Uesugi Kenshin]

The man fell defeated, and all of the bodies disappeared into thin air in a red mist. Bishamonten facepalmed. "At least one thing I can beat you in is grammar..." He muttered before sending Takehiro back to his own realm. He would get him one way or another.

Bishamonten Trial III

Amakusa Takehiro would have only been gone five minutes from the previous trial before finding himself pulled back in! This time while he was relieving himself! Bishamonten hoped to get him while he was tired from the last trial and wet from his own urine from being pulled as he did his business!

As soon as Takehiro arrived, 20 of the guys would be charging straight for him!

Takehiro was letting loose his urine on a bush as he was between jobs, regaining a contract he'd lost because of Bishamonten in the first place. Not even five minutes after defeating Bishamonten's men the second time, he was pulled back in, mid-pee. Cursing, the warrior let his long pride hang out, taking his glaive in his hand.

"You wanna take me mid-pee, you can fight me mid-pee, you bastard!"

Pulling a ball of dark energy from his pride hand, he would launch it in the crowd to knock them back and deal dark poison damage on them, before charging forward and striking with his fiery-glaive indiscriminately.

[Uesugi Kenshin]

The sight of Takehiro's glaive terrified the soldiers, and his weapon was no slouch either as he cleaved away at them. The soldiers writhed in torment from the dark poison blast, and Takehiro's glaive would strike down many. 8 of the soldiers had died. 6 of them came at Takehiro from behind, while 3 more charged from the front, and the other three leapt at him from above. The ones from the back wanted to stab him in the back, the ones from the sky wanted to take his head, and the ones from the front wanted to cut his pride off.

Takehiro would send out another powerful blast of energy to shoot the crowd back, before taking his glaive in both hands, pulling them in with another dark wave, and using the push-and-pull to aid him as he swung his blade around in a wide circle, looking to cut each of the men in half, decapitate them, or otherwise incapacitate them.

"YOU WILL NOT TAKE MY PRIDE, BISHAMONTEN!"

Takehiro successfully warded off the remaining enemies, slaughtering all of them. Halfway done. But in the distance, he could see the other half charging him. Only they weren't your typical soldiers. This time, he was facing strange creatures akin to the crawlers he faced in Numa Castle, and they were armored! They charged at him from all sides, ready to claw away at him and his little conqueror!

The sight of the armored creatures made Takehiro smirk once again. As the group charged him, he would strike with a wave of dark energy from either side to slam them into each other, before he sent out his explosive whip-fists to obliterate them, punch by punch!

[Uesugi Kenshin]

He would be successful in slamming most of the enemies into each other, his explosive fists sending the monsters into oblivion. 8 of them went down! However, one managed to get through and slash him on the ass in the midst of the chaos! If Takehiro didn't react quickly, the monster would bite his precious pride right off as the remaining monsters would swarm him!

[Amakusa Takehiro]

The creature who slashed his ass would find itself impaled by Takehiro's dark doppelganger, while he would take his glaive and swing it in a wide arc in front of him, coating the fiery blade in darkness to destroy the creatures and pierce their armor, before lighting them on fire.

[Uesugi Kenshin]

"Dark flames? Seriously?" Bishamonten remarked as Takehiro and doppleganger downed the rest of his creatures. All he had to show for it was a bleeding ass and causing his opponent to cover himself in his own urine. Angrily, he threw Takehiro back into a vortex to his own realm, along with whatever urine he had left in this place being sent after him.

Bishamonten Trial IV

Amakusa Takehiro would be finding himself in the middle of a nice bath before being pulled into Bishamonten's realm once more! He was stark naked! Luckily, he had all of his weapons with him by some stroke of luck!

As soon as Takehiro arrived, 25 of the guys would be charging straight for him!


Task: You are charged with defeating 50 opponents with set stats. There will be no breaks or respite. Utilize your abilities to the fullest in order to win. If incapacitated, you will instantly fail the trial and must start over. Lock your stats in your first post. Enemies all have a base stat of 45 straight across for the second Trial.

"What the - SERIOUSLY?! ARE YOU GETTING THAT DESPERATE?!"

Takehiro would stand to his feet, wiping sand off his ass, swinging his glaive around him in preparation for the onslaught. While he didn't have his armor, he would not be defenseless. A shroud of darkness fell over him, quickly enveloping him and giving him the appearance of a demon.

The first 25 soldiers would be pushed back by a powerful wave of darkness, and the immediately pulled back toward Takehiro! In one quick, ferocious swing, he looked to cleave all of the men in half while they were airborne!
