Plunderin' Booty (Open/Dungeon)

[Wakeshima Shoji]

Fuck! The problem with non-animal and human prey was shit like this. His attack didn't work, and there wasn't even any blood, and after Shoji made the blow and it was unaffected, claws slashed across the man's broad chest. He couldn't move fast enough, brows furrowing and teeth clenching as he was cut. The pain didn't really bother him, Shoji holding both sadistic and masochistic tendencies, but this simply aggravated him.

It didn't do what he wanted. Shoji should have been in control, desired to kill the creature, and it retaliated. And it wasn't the entertaining screaming and begging of people, or the whimpers and whines of animals. When they fought back, they bled and it elicited in him pleasure. This cocksucker didn't seem to be any fun whatsoever!

How dare it not suffer from his hand and bring him joy from death?! The psychopath so often played god and why... it was his inherent right to do so, was it not? He was born superior, after all. Mind dark and twisted, and far more creative and cruel, manipulative and clever, than practically all others. The only one above him was his goddess, Kurai.

Hissing through his teeth, Shoji glared as the creature removed his katana and tossed it to the side. Another form of disrespect, of insolence.

"Why you..."

Removing the katana from his back, determined to get the better blade later, Shoji went in a stance, prepared to take on the creature that was determined to rip him to shreds and further defy him. But from the corner of Shoji's crimson hues, he caught sight of little miss pirate firing at the creature.

If the cannon hit, he would spit towards the creature and rush towards his better sword, picking it up and slicing and dicing whatever target was nearest if able (or simply defending himself and attempting to block whatever attacks came his way.) If it did not, Shoji would step back with one foot so his weight was even on both legs to make it harder to knock him down and swing, aiming to decapitate the creature's head from its shoulders... or whatever it had.

[Morei Hideyasu]

- Hideyasu would find his attack ineffective, being knocked backwards onto the ground, no longer blending in with the shadows. He grimaced as the monster jumped towards him, and the assassin extended a hidden blade from his wrist, thrusting it towards the beast's neck. In conjunction with Constantine's attack, he hoped this would fell the demon.

Nanami: Unlucky! Nanami would manage to blast the second Crawler to bits, but her second cannon would miss the Creature that was attacking Shoji completely! A freak breeze of wind managed to blow the iron ball off course!

Constantine: Constantine would manage to slice the neck of the Crawler, but it appeared completely unfazed by the wound and pain, and would kick backwards with one of its legs, knocking him back and sending him flying!

Jina: Unlucky! Jina's fancy sword work would hit one of the Creatures, but not in any vital area! In fact, it would just grab her sword buried in its arm and toss it to the side, before slashing at her with one of its claws, leaving three shallow cuts on her arm! It would then jump at her and go to rip her apart, while the other Creature would leap for her legs, to rip her legs apart too!

Shoji: Although Nanami's cannon missed, Shoji would manage to retrieve his katana, and would slice and dice the Creature just as it leaped towards him! He was now free to help his comrades take down the two remaining Creatures!

Hideyasu: Although Constantine's attack was not effective, Hideyasu would manage to impale the neck of the Crawler, taking it down! He was now free to help his comrades take down the two remaining Creatures!

[Chosokabe Nanami]

"Oh crud!"

~* Nanami would exclaim as she saw Jina being pinned down. She aimed both of her cannons at the one leaping for her legs, attempting to blow it out of the air before it got to her. It was too risky to hit the other one while she was so close to it.

[Constantine Lawrence]

Constantine managed to land himself on the floor after that kick by the creature who was engaging Hideyasu, but apparently he was thinking about something. Apparently those two which he had engaged were females, and now he had a creature back-kick him like a horse? But that horse creature was finished by a quick slash from Hideyasu's weapon, and so he was free again to search for someone who might be needing help.

Still thinking about the diversity of the thing those creatures came from, he then scanned the area. It seemed that there are two creatures remaining, and they were engaging Jina, one intending to rip her chest off, and the other going for her legs! It had seemed that those creatures in the past were men addicted on sexual desires. But Constantine would not let them succeed in their harassment of a woman. Not today, not tomorrow.

Constantine would charge towards the creature that was going for Jina's body, intending to crush its skull with his flute. But if that did not work, he would try to decapitate the creature with his katana. He would engage the creature head on so that Jina would be protected from the creature even if Constantine fails.

[Zhuo Jina]

"Shit shit shit shit shit shit shit!!!" Jina screamed as the creatures attacked her. One had already ripped three bloody gashes across her arm while the other was rushing for her legs. Without her rapier, Jina drew her Katar hoping to impale the creature between the eyes. 

She was scared, truly scared. In her former life, she had never engaged in acts of violence and even in her new one here in Japan, she rarely had such dangerous contact with an enemy. Her arm hurt, it didn't seem to be too deep which was good, but the bleeding made her nervous.

She gripped the Katar in her off hand and intended on pushing the blade deep into its skull. She could hear Nanami's cannons in the background, and it sounded like one hit a wall. In the corner of her vision, she could see Nanami aiming at the creature rushing for her legs and Constantine going for the one that was ontop of her. 

If Jina was successful in killing the on on top of her, she would roll it off of her and prepare herself for the other creature, in case Nanami missed.

[Wakeshima Shoji]

Excellent. Shoji's attack was successful. He smirked before swiveling around and seeing two creatures left. The others attacked them and the high-functioning psychopath rushed forward, acting as backup. If anyone failed in their attack, he would try to finish off the creature(s) accordingly, whether by decapitation or stabbing in the skull. But if they were all successful, Shoji would stop and stand in place, glancing about carefully, searching for any more enemies or traps.

[Morei Hideyasu]

- Hideyasu would push the dead creature off from top of him, grabbing his katana and getting to his feet. If any of his teammates and Shoji failed for any reason, Hideyasu planned to come in and kill whatever was left standing and protect his comrades. If they were successful though, he would keep his guard up, just in case something else came out of the shadows to assault them...

Group: Talk about overkill! Between Nanami's cannons blasting the Creature on Jina's legs away and Constantine's flute bashing in the skull of the Creature on Jina's body, there was literally nothing left of the remaining monsters! Shoji and Hideyasu would find the area was clear, as no more monsters would come popping out, giving them a bit of a respite.

Jina: Jina would manage to stab the Creature on top of her body, but not in the eyes as she hoped. Not that it mattered, just as the Creatures raised their claws to rip her apart, she would be saved thanks to the combined efforts of Nanami and Constantine! That had been too close for comfort!

[Chosokabe Nanami]

"Phew... everyone okay?"

~* Nanami would call to the others, checking up on them. That was a hell of an experience, and she was eager to get out of here as soon as possible. She would keep her cannons at the ready, inching closer to the door but keeping her guard up. She had a feeling they weren't done yet.

[Constantine Lawrence]

Constantine responded as Nanami called on them. "I'm still all right here!" he said, but he did not know if he would be all right in the future. He stood there, ready for anything that will come to them.

[Zhuo Jina]

Jina gathered herself. She was a bit shaken but glad that everything was okay.

After a few moments, she just nodded at Nanami. This was the life she chose so she needed to live with the danger.

"Ready."

[Wakeshima Shoji]

The other attacks were successful, so there wasn't anything for Shoji to do but halt and stand tall. He inhaled deeply, glancing down at his torn chest, and internally shrugged his shoulder. No big deal.

Crimson hues went back to searching the area, looking for more enemies. They seemed to come in groups, with a short pause, and the cycle would repeat with a larger number, and Shoji wondered how long it would go on.

Pursing his lips, not particularly concerned about the matter, as he had a penchant for violence anyway, but still wary, Shoji replied, "Of course, Nanami-chan. And yourself?"

He may have been a psychopath, but the man could certainly play the part of a gentleman.

[Morei Hideyasu]

"... I'm fine."

- Hideyasu said in response to Nanami's inquiry. She was a caring woman, at the least. The assassin looked around the room, wondering if anything else was nearby that would attack them. Should they leave now, or attempt to deal with whatever was coming next?

"Be on your guard. We do not know if we are safe yet."
