Plunderin' Booty (Open/Dungeon)

The group would hardly even need to act, considering the samurai all charged in a single group! Nanami's cannons fired through them, tearing them apart and immediately eliminating them!

A door on the opposite side of the chamber seemed to glow, before ripping apart in a wave of light energy! Inside was an ornate chest!

[Chosokabe Nanami]

"Daaaaaaayum! Took out everyone of them suckas!"

~* Nanami looked on joyfully as she realized what she had done. When the smoke cleared, she looked across the room, seeing a door made of light dissolve, and behind it was a chest!

~* She skipped along merrily to it, holding her cannons at the ready just in case. Eying the chest, she figured it was the so-called treasure of Numa Castle. Pretty valuables must've been inside. Oh, that precious booty!

"One of you grab the booty, would ya?"

~* And she didn't mean her booty.

[Constantine Lawrence]

Constantine was about to charge when he saw the cannons of the female pirate rip through the throng of undead soldiers. Though a part of him cursed on not dealing even a single blow at the enemy, still another part of him was glad it was finished fast. A dark curtain at the other side of the room broke down, revealing a treasure chest behind it.

When the female pirate asked the other members of the group if they can bear the chest to their side of the room, Constantine said, "I'll do it, but I need someone for backup in case something nasty would happen." He then moved towards the chest, and when he reached the chest, he would tap his flute on the floor near the chest to see if there are traps, and if there's none, he would bear it towards the other side. But he would stay alert, as he thought this would not be the end of it.

[Zhuo Jina]

Jina was pleased to see that things had been taken care of so easily. She was a little nervous about the traps as the Constantine progressed but she stood back. Jina didn't want to be caught in whatever may, or may not pop up. She hadn't been one of the ones to take care of the enemies, so she figured it would be in bad taste to grab at whatever the treasure in the chest happened to be. 

Jina used her wisdom to attempt to sense if there was any kind of trap near the chest, since she figured a bunch of corpses wouldn't be protecting the glorified treasure that people spoke of in Numa Castle.

"You might just wanna watch it...There may be some traps laid around the walls and on the chest itself"

[Wakeshima Shoji]

There was no chance for dancing. Shoji screeched to a halt as all of the enemies were taken out, and he closed his eyes and grinned, sweatdropping. There was no way he was ever going to mess with that woman.

Standing up straight, Shoji noticed the chest popping up and would glance around. That seemed far too easy. With what was rumoured, there was a shitton of treasure here. A few skeletons just... didn't seem to fit. Plus, what was the fun in them being taken out so quickly?

Shoji was suspicious and headed towards the others, again, watching warily. Sure, he loved to fight, but he hadn't survived this long by being consistently careless. It took more to fight well than simply brawn and speed. Left hand still gripping his katana, he replied to Constantine, "I'll back you up, kid."

Looking upwards, he then murmured, "With my experience and simply the rumours told, getting treasure like this isn't so easy..."

[Morei Hideyasu]

- Hideyasu phased back into a visible existence, his jaw dropped at what had just transpired. The pirate girl had gone and completely blown all of the undead soldiers to pieces with two cannonballs! Looking at the girl with a new level of respect, mixed with slight fear, he was glad she was on his side, and hoped she'd never be an enemy to the Hojo.

I definitely need to get some of those... He eyed the cannons for a moment before proceeding forward, towards the chest. Constantine seemed like he would be the one to hold onto the chest, but that veil of darkness still surrounded the entrance.

"The entrance is still blocked off... keep your guard up. I don't think this is over."

- He'd keep his blade at the ready, positioning himself at the other side of Constantine. What would open the entrance back up? Was the chest the key? Or was there something more dangerous lurking about?

Just before they could do anything with the chest, the group would be surrounded by ten orbs of darkness! From these, Crawlers would shoot out, headbutting every member of the group except for Jina!

Five Creatures could be heard shrieking along the walls, before they all charged the group, leaping at them!

~* Nanami would look shockingly at the orbs that suddenly appeared around them, keeping her guard up. But what happened next caught her by surprise, and the pirate girl received a headbutt to the face by some real fast monster thing!

"Ow..."

~* She would rub her head for a moment, it ached like craaaazy. But she had no time to just lay there and let the pain go away, seeing that they were now surrounded by monsters. She quickly scrambled to her feet, looking for the area where the monsters were concentrated most in number... aiming her cannons, and firing, planning to kill what she could.

"Ain't no treasure worth this crap!"

[Constantine Lawrence]

As Constantine went towards the chest, some balls of darkness appeared, surrounding the party. As he wondered what those balls mean, a crawler appeared from a ball of darkness, issuing a headbutt on him.

"Hnnnngggh!" He fell down on the ground, clutching his head. He did not expect that his first kiss would be from an undead creature. As he sat down there pondering about this fact, the prospect that there are many of such creatures surrounding them alerted him. He then stood up, waiting for the creatures to attack him, whence he would respond by hitting them on their faces with his flute, or if not possible, a decapitating slash with his katana. He was fed up on thinking about that first kiss.

[Zhuo Jina]

Realizing the danger that had been thrust upon the group, Jina was able to avoid being headbutted by the small creatures flying out of some black orbs. She was at the ready with her sword and attempted to swing and slice through a few of them at once. They were quick, but she was hoping that a properly placed strike would slice or stab through multiple of them.

Jina's rapier struck out at three of the crawlers that were attacking the others she had come in with.

"Watch out!"

[Wakeshima Shoji]

Since Shoji had been glancing upwards, he had caught sight of the floating, dark balls, eyes narrowing. Upon seeing crawlers pop out of them, his crimson eyes widened and he brought his hands up, one holding the handle of his katana and the other the back of the sword, to hopefully help block and nullify the damage.

"Umph!"

Being knocked onto the ground, the psychopath grunted as the weight of the crawler pinned him down. Shoji would use his strength to push up, jerking his arm to the side, in an attempt to slit the throat (or face? Whatever anatomically works) of the creature. If this attack was successful, Shoji would jump up onto his two feet and charge the nearest creature, whether that be crawler or wall-creature, and attempt to decapitate it with his blade, or stab it in the head (depending on the height and all.) And if that worked as well, he would continue to attack whatever other creatures in a similar manner. Slicing and dicing, baby.

[Morei Hideyasu]

- Hideyasu examined the shadow orbs carefully, blade at the ready, but he wasn't quick enough to stop the Crawler from jumping out and headbutting him. The ninja fell back in pain, grunting and gritting his teeth. He quickly blended into whatever shadows were immediately around him, moving to the side and bringing his blade up in an attempt to decapitate this beast. He would stay blended, moving and attempting to slash and stab at whatever he could, crawler or otherwise.

Nanami: Nanami would blast a decent amount of the Crawlers apart, about two, but she would have another two jumping straight for her, ready to rip her apart!

-2 Crawlers

Constantine: Constantine would manage to strike a Creature in the face with his flute, but he only succeeded in making the Creature angry! The Creature would then smack at his face, sending him to the floor, before trying to jump on top of him and rip away at him!

Jina: Jina was amazingly lucky, and would manage to take out two of the Crawlers with her sword, plus an additional two Crawlers she targeted with her rapier! The dice loves Chinese girls apparently. She could continue to help take the other monsters down, or help Constantine out!

Shoji: Shoji would manage to take out a Creature with a well-timed slice, but he would soon have another Creature leap for him, intent on ripping him apart!

Hideyasu: Hideyasu would manage to blend into the shadows successfully, and would swiftly take out a Crawler! He could continue taking out the last remaining Crawler, or try to take out the remaining Creatures.

"Oh man, this shivers my timbers!"

~* What did that mean? She didn't know! She was just freaking out! The pirate girl jumped backwards to try and get some distance from her opponents, aiming her cannons once more and firing two large cannonballs straight for the Crawlers!

[Constantine Lawrence]

Constantine got slapped by the creature which he hit across the face with his flute, sending him sprawling on the floor. It had seemed that there were also bashful females among these creatures as well as those very sensual. Damn female creatures, he's having too much a hard time on them.

"Uwaaaah!" With a shout that could not be said as a war cry, he swung his katana while he was sprawled on the ground when the creature would pounce at him, hoping to decapitate the creature. If this does not end the creature's animation with that slash, he would try to get up and give that creature more beatings with his flute.

[Zhuo Jina]

Seeing that her Comrade was in trouble, Jina rushed to the aid of Constantine. She thrust her rapier towards the creatures head, hoping to impale and kill it with one strike.

If she was not successful, she would at least try and grab it to keep it from attacking him. If she was, she would turn to check if there were any crawlers left.

If not, Jina would attempt to kill a creature by spinning and slashing it through the neck, just enough so it would bleed out.

Most of the enemies were gone now, she was just hoping to get everyone though this without a major injury.

[Wakeshima Shoji]

After killing the creature, Shoji would turn around to find another jumping at him. Dropping to one knee, the man thrust his left hand out with the katana, the other supporting it, in hopes to impale the critter.

If successful in killing the creature, he would twist the blade and slice it out, searching around for the nearest target and charging towards it, hoping to decapitate whatever enemy, if there were any. Or he'd dodge any possible attacks aimed at him.

(OOC: Lolol, Lloyd.. not sure if it was just a typo or what, but you got extra Crawlers running around.)

- Hideyasu grimaced, having only slain one of the enemies when he had intended to take out more. Regardless, he would not let up with his assault, using the shadows to his advantage to advance upon the last Crawler, planning on decapitating it before turning around to slice at whatever Creatures he could attack.

Nanami: Nanami would manage to blast one Crawler away, but her other cannonball would miss the second Crawler! Nonetheless, the Crawler would stop dead in tracks from nearly being taken out by an iron ball to its face, giving Nanami an opening to attack!

Constantine: Constantine would find his slash would do nothing but make the Creature even more angry! But just as the Creature raised its claws up to rip Constantine apart, it would end up being impaled in the skull by Jina's thrust! Constantine was saved thanks to Jina!

Jina: Jina was amazingly lucky again! Her thrust would kill the Creature on top of Constantine instantly, leaving her free to take down the remaining Creatures, or go help her other comrades!

Shoji: Shoji would manage to thrust his katana into the Creature, but the wound seemed to have no affect on it, as the Creature would rip one of its claws across Shoji's chest, leaving three shallow but large slash marks. Ripping the katana out of its body, the Creature would toss it aside, before going to rip apart Shoji apart!

Hideyasu: Hideyasu would manage to hurt the Crawler, but not decapitate it as he hoped. The Crawler quickly whirling around, it would slam into Hideyasu, knocking him back, before going to jump on top of him and rip him apart!

[Chosokabe Nanami]

"HOW THE -BLEEP- DID I -BLEEP-ING MISS!?"

~* Nanami was hardcore freaking out now, and probably just losing her mind by all of this weird crap going on. She aimed one of her cannons at the monster, planning on blowing it to smithereens.

~* She would aim her second cannon for the one that was about to pounce on Shoji, firing at it and aiming to save her comrade's laifu.

[Constantine Lawrence]

Constantine found his slash not effective against the creature, and the creature raised its claws, intending to rip him apart.

"What in the world was this outrage?! It did not get slashed by my katana? Is that body made of diamond or something?!" he muttered as the creature was about to rip him apart. Fortunately Jina saved him from being mincemeat.

"Thank you Jina," he said, then looked at his surroundings. Shoji and Hideyasu seemed to need some help as they were also pinned down by creatures. He then said to Jina, "You save Shoji, while I save Hideyasu!" then charged towards the creature that pinned down Hideyasu, attempting to slice clean on the neck of the creature.

[Zhuo Jina]

Shocked by her mounting success, Jina whirred around to see what was happening around her. Two of her comrades were being attacked, one was suffering minor injuries. Nanami was saving Shoji so Jina turned her attention instead to the remaining creatures.

Using some pretty fancy sword work, Jina was hoping to take the rest of them out. She twirled her rapier around her wrist, hoping to distract one of the creatures with the motion before striking it in the neck. She intended to impale it in a vital blood area, but wasn't clued in on the proper anatomical structure of the creatures.

After her expected success, she would strike out at the second creature and depending on how close it was, she would take the sword in her gloved hand, holding the sword horizontally with one hand on the tip and the other on the hilt, she intended to run the creature against the wall and decapitate it with the force of the push.
